WORTH IT
Ever since I visited South Korea, I started seriously considering rhinoplasty. One of my biggest concerns was the language barrier, especially as a foreigner. But thankfully, I discovered Girin Plastic Surgery, and that fear disappeared immediately!
I first found Girin on Instagram and was drawn in by their amazing rhinoplasty results. Their before-and-afters looked so natural and beautiful. I booked a consultation and was instantly impressed by their professionalism and the presence of fluent English-speaking translators. The entire process felt smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.
On consultation day, Sara helped me communicate exactly what I wanted. I had always been self-conscious about my flat nose and bridge hump, but the surgeon was kind, experienced, and walked me through the procedure with confidence and care. I left the consultation feeling reassured and excited.
The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. On surgery day, Anna made me feel incredibly supported — she prepped me, stayed with me before I went in, and made sure everything went perfectly. That level of personal attention truly made a difference.
Post-surgery, I had no bleeding at all — just the usual discomfort of breathing through my mouth. The next day, they removed the gauze and continued following up with care.
I’m now one month post-op, and the results have made me so happy! My bridge is defined, the hump is completely gone, and I already feel more confident in how I look.
Of course, healing isn’t perfect overnight. In week 3, I noticed a small bump inside my nose that was slightly painful, but it disappeared after two days. My nose is still a bit clogged, but it’s improving steadily. The stitches on my columella are now dry, and I’ve been able to return to my normal skincare routine, though I’m still extra gentle around the tip, which remains swollen.
One concern I do have is some dark circles under my eyes — I’m not sure if they’re bruises or eye bags, but I’ve started cold compresses again just in case. Still, my overall healing has been smooth and encouraging.
Getting rhinoplasty was honestly the best decision I made for myself. I should have done this sooner.

My recovery since surgery has honestly been really good. Around the third month, I started noticing my nose settling into its shape. It started to lower a bit, and the tip got sharper instead of round. I did have some trouble sleeping from about the 3rd to 5th month—some nights I couldn’t fall asleep, and a few times I didn’t sleep at all—but other than that, everything went smoothly.
Looks-wise, my nose has been getting nicer and more refined. It’s slimmer now and the tip is more defined, and I feel like it fits my face really naturally. My friends and family have noticed the change too—they keep saying I look better but don’t even realize I had surgery. Even strangers sometimes come up to me in public telling me I’m pretty or that I look like an idol, which is a little overwhelming but also kind of flattering.
I’m really happy that my whole recovery has been complication-free. No bleeding at all, and my nose feels totally normal now—like I never even had surgery.
Overall, I’m super satisfied with my results and how natural the changes look.
