I went to Dr. Nogueira for the first time on October 28, 2022 and paid €8,296 for the surgery, the surgery was a complete fiasco. A piece of rib was taken from my side to lengthen the back of my nose. The end result was crooked and my whole nose was turned to the side. Doctor Nogueira admitted this was a complication. But didn't agree to correct the result he did himself because I didn't have "Surgeryshield". I was wondering if it can really be like this in Europe that a person who should be a professional is not responsible for correcting his own mistakes. I was so unhappy and depressed. My face was ruined. Repairing with other surgeons would have cost me many times over, so I ended up at his office again on May 5, 2022. I paid €6,822.23 again and this time I took "surgeryshield", I trusted that if something goes wrong, I have insurance. Little did I know that that insurance is not a guarantee of anything.
My next surgery was also unsuccessful. The doctor took a new side graft but said that it is fine to use the old one. I still asked for the same result as before the first surgery. Still, the distance between my eyes is way too high, my nose is crooked up to the tip of my nose. My face is still strange and I am 15 thousand euros poorer. Fortunately, there is surgeryshield until I find out that the doctor claims that this time it is not a complication. how fitting, just when i had insurance for it, it doesn't cover anything.
However, Dr. Nogueira asks me if I would like to pay almost 6000 euros more. You can guess that I'm not going to pay a single euro again to someone who doesn't admit or correct his mistakes or who isn't capable of evaluating facial features or his skills when it comes to surgeries. In addition, he yelled at me on the phone after my first surgery that my situation is not "his problem" about me if he has done this to my face. This is really his problem and not mine alone. So here is my face and my final result. Consider whether you want to give money to someone who won't fix their mistakes.

they really know how to avoid responsibility. I also took out insurance for the surgery, but it's of no use because the Mr. "great" surgeon thinks my outcome is really good! I really think he need an eye exam!
