Currently 1 month post op and my results are beautiful

I have chosen to remain anonymous so this is not my real name but I felt my experience needed to be shared. This is a genuine review of my experience travelling to Turkey from abroad to have a rhinoplasty with Dr Resit Burak Kayan. I am an example of someone who did my homework. When I decided to have a rhinoplasty I wanted only the best. My search lead me straight to Dr Resit Burak Kayan and i can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me. There is a reason why there is an extensive waiting period to see this Doctor. He is truly a master of noses. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and this echos down through his entire team. My first point of contact was Maria, his assistant who is multilingual and fluent is all languages she speaks. I communicated with her in English. She is extremely professional yet very comforting and supportive. She was there for me during the entire process and often checked up on me to make sure my healing was on track. She also often check up on me psychologically/ emotionally to make sure I was doing ok. I have to admit that there were moments that I felt weak as I had travelling on my own and was worrisome but she gave me strength and pulled me out of these moments. I am extremely grateful for her generosity and the care during my stay in Turkey. Dr Resit Burak Kayan is a wonderful person who truly cares about his patients. He was very honest and truthful about the results he could give me and provided me with multiple aesthetic options. I chose a natural Cindy option, defined bridge and lowered tip. He gave me exactly what I wanted and more. What he gave me was a nose that perfectly suited my face. A nose that was perfectly proportioned and a nose that balanced my entire features. But most importantly, a nose that was perfectly functional. I can breath better than I ever have before. I no longer wake up with a dry mouth. I no longer snore. He addressed many of my problems during the surgery both functionally and cosmetically. Also they are very concerned with infection control and have strict instructions for their patients to follow to ensure their health and safety are kept pristine. They provide clear instructions for cleaning the nose and medication for the patients to take to ensure no infections manifest during the crucial first couple of weeks of healing. I had bruising and swelling after my surgery which the doctor immediately address by providing me with vitamins and creams to help reduce the severity of the swelling and bruising. I am currently 1 month post op and my results are beautiful. I barely have any swelling and my busing has gone. The aftercare has been ongoing also. As I mentioned above, I am an international patient of his but his assistant has continued to check up on me and the Doctor continues to monitor my healing by video. The Doctor said to me during a conversation that he is very interested in his patients healing and wants regular updates during the first year of their progress. I have personally experienced this myself as he has requested updates to monitor my progress. After he reviewed my recent update, he provided me with a video on massaging the nose to help reduce my swelling for 2 weeks which was so helpful and did exactly that. He is also very respectful and will not post any photographs of his patients without their consent first. I have chosen to remain anonymous and asked the Doctor to not post my photos which he said he would not do and he has kept his word. I felt this was very important in building Doctor and patient trust. I plan on returning to Turkey and having more surgery with Dr Ressit Burak Kayan in the coming months when my nose has healed fully. From the moment i arrive and left Turkey, Dr Ressit Burak Kayan’s team were with me. I felt very safe and cared for. I also connected with other patients of his who had surgery at the same time as me and they too shared the same experience I did. Getting a rhinoplasty is a scary decision to make but choosing the Doctor is even scarier. I am extremely happy with my decision and highly recommend Dr Ressit Burak Kayan for the above reasons I mentioned.
