The size of my nose is the same - you don’t see much difference

After saving a lot of money I went to turkey to get my nose done at dr alpaslan Yildirim, I asked via whatsapp for a more divined nose bridge and smaller nosetrills, they said it would cost around 7000. When I got to turkey and I met with dr alpaslan I told him I wanted a more divined nose and smaller nosetrills I told him I don’t like a nose that is to upturned. He got mad at me and said that I was expecting to much. when I said exactly what I said on WhatsApp. So now a year later my nose kinda looks the same they only put a rib cartilage in my nose but didn’t make my nosetrills smaller, when I paid for that. I saw reviews on other people paying way less for what I have paid for. It should be way less when it was my first nose job ever and they didn’t do what I paid for. The size of my nose is still the same you don’t see much difference. I regret not going to another doctor that was way less then paying 7k and not seeing much difference.
