WORTH IT
Dr. Totonchi was incredible. From the first consultation, he was very attentive and listened to what my issues were and exactly what I wanted done. The final result surpassed my expectations; I would have been satisfied with even a little change, however it's close to 100% perfect. I'm beyond pleased and I highly recommend Dr. Totonchi to anyone considering a rhinoplasty. He knows exactly what he's doing and I only wish that I had done it sooner.

Front pics for those asking
I do not want my review to come off misleading, so I have posted pictures showing the difference from the front. If anyone has anymore questions, please feel free to ask, I want to be as transparent as possible. This review was 100% my own opinion and I still stand by it. Dr. Totonchi did an amazing job and I love it so much.

Here’s a few more front facing pictures for those asking. Again, this is solely my own review and opinion. I was not paid to post this. 2 years post op and I’m super super happy with the results, could not have asked for a better result.

I loved your nose before, how do you feel about the front view post surgery? Does it look similar to the old you or would you say you feel like a different person?

Your nose looks so so good!! Your doctor did such a good job. You remind me of Camila Cabello! You definitely resemble her…. beautiful!
