I am in grief. It is total fail. Revision rhinoplasty with him did not improve my situation but made it so bad that any doctor I visited after surgery, scar to touch to my nose. It lost the great deal of it is function. Inside of my nose filled with extensive scar tissue. It has dents. It is crooked, it is bigger, wider and tip of my nose dropped. Top of all I lost half my ear. My grief is like I lost my nose and my ear for nothing.

Yes. I think some of us are doomed not to get food results. I've had 3 revisions last in 1995. But I would not risk the money or time and remorse if it should be worse.
I read it's the law of diminishing returns with rhinoplasty.
My opinion of plastic surgery is that if we can't afford to go to the very best then we should leave well alone.
By the way, your nose isn't that bad but I understand the grief bout the loss of the ear coz I had that too. I'm still wondering when I gave permission.
But it was all along time ago and I've gotten over it.
Please do not attempt anymore rhinoplasty unless you can afford the very best and even then it's not guaranteed.

How sad we all had this results from bad surgeons. I am just sad not only loosing my previously good appearance but my breathing and my healthy ear. Not sure where to go next or live like that.

He ended up doing open surgery which was very aggressive. He took half of my ear which was a shock to me. My good side collapsed in second week then tip switched to left like whole nose shifted to left. Inside got

Hello. I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. Please check out dr Enrico Robotti. He is the king of revision. Have an online consult with him and ask for his opinion. He might be able to help you with your nose hopefully and ear is also fixable. Sending you love and strength.

I had 3 nose jobs with him only because I was taught to go back to the surgeon for revision. He doesn't listen and has an ugly aesthetic. My nose almost mirrors yours in appearance. Wide, flat and big nostrils....ughhhh

Sorry to hear that. Yes he is ignorant, denial, and the worst thing is he makes you feel like it is all my fault to ask explanation.

It got worse over two years.
The harmful of the length of general anestesia, 2-3 hours at later ages,
The lost of the cartridge from my ear, my hearing impaired as well as the look, softer flatter, and feels, still hurts when sleep on that side and using eye glasses, mask,
The enormous amount of scars added to inside of my nostrils
The good breathing left nostril got worse and collapsed,
The right nostril did got worse, instead of improving the breathing which was my only reason to went through this very aggressive surgery,
My nose got bigger, wider, crooked and terribly unhealthy looks and poor functions,
Why on earth a doctor can do such a terrible procedure and still keep practicing and denied all his responsibility.
I am a real victim, sadly.
