I Had an Amazing Experience
I can't recommend Dr Robotti enough. I went trought a revision rynoplasty intervention on November 2022. After doing my research I got in touch with a few specialists but when I meet the doctor I knew he was the one I could trust. Dr Robotti and his team took great care of me and they were very kind, professional and empatethic.
Unfortunately I had a extremely dificult case with 2 previous rynoplasties that didn't go well, I could barely breath and it impacted negatively on my daily routine, the first revision I had made things worst and the doctor fixed the issues of both procedures. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Robotti. I cannot describe highly enough of the outstanding job he did back in 2022!!!. He is extremely skilled and a perfectionist, he specialises in very complex cases.
From our first consultation via Zoom call, Dr. Robotti demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kwoledge, compassion and empathy. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure and he answered all my questions. After our first interaction I felt confident that I was in the best possible hands.
The intervention itself was conducted with the most precision and care, Dr Robotti recommended me to wear a mask after the intervention which made a huge difference and helped me to recover quicly and have less bruises . The procedure lasted about 4- 5 hours, the results exceeded my expectations.
