Great Doctor

First, let me just say I *love* Dr. Farrior and think he’s an a master at his craft. He is definitely who I’d go to even after the below hiccup, so read before you judge my rating.
I had a nose job in 2006. I’ve did a fantastic job and I’m obsessed with it. He listened to my requests and even achieved what I wanted with the digital version versus his mock-up.
However, in the time since a portion of the cartilage has slipped creating a noticeable bump/concave area.
I came in May 2022 to discuss a possible revision or even filler options to fix the issues. He and his assistant made me feel pressured to leave, like my issues were not important, even though I explained visible issues along with breathing issues in that nostril. It is almost fully blocked on that side. He suggested flonase or a steroid to help the breathing issues, all while admitting the cartilage had fallen/blocked the airway.
He took photos and said he’d reach out on his verdict in a few weeks, and asked me to come in and follow up (again?) after he looks at the photos. When I didn’t hear back, I sent a summary of our experience asking for input on how to move forward, but I haven’t heard back.
I’m not sure what the process is to fix an issue like this - I would love to to use him but it appears I am running out of options it seems.
