Today is day 3 post-op from liposuction with Renuvion to my abs- back-arms- neck. I also had Brachioplasty. I was/am a bit skeptical as I have not been able to FULLY research this procedure.
Dr. D is incredible at what he does but even he has no “real” long-term evidence of this procedure being successful, yet. (I hope to prove this works) I will post before/ after pics soon.
I go for post-op on Monday 11/16 I will get more pics then. I will say, I look and feel pretty beat up. I am bruised from the waist up - I knew that going in but I can already see a difference. I hope this blog will help anyone on the fence about getting Renuvion.Feel free to ask questions.

I'd love to see your B&A pics also. I'm scheduled for lipo with J-Plasma in April 2021 and am still on the fence.

I am planning to get renuvion on my abdomen, do you recommend it? Was it painful? Any complications?

Hello, No it was not painful, Not sure I recommend it. I did not have any complications other than the dent/hole in my belly now ffrom the drainage tube that was put in. I really don't think it tightened my skin. If I wear the compression garment (faithfully) in the morning my stomach is flat. By days end I look like a box(square) again. I have read this takes several months to get full effect, so I am waiting and will keep updating my progress. :)

1 week post op

Hey all,

Today I am 1 week post -op from surgery with the INCREDIBLE Dr Diteshiem. I am still VERY swollen and a 3-4 on pain scale (No pain meds takens at all) However, I am certainly feeling better about my decision. Still wish there was more info on "long term" results, which I am happy to post my journey. I am on my 3rd lymphatic massage which I HIGHLY recommend. It really helps relieve some of the swelling.

The Brachioplasty with renuvion was the right decision for me. As you can see in pics, I had a lot of loose, crepey thin skin that hung on the upper parts of my arms. I you are considering renuvion and have and questions, PLEASE use the emails below to reach out to Dr Diteshiem- He is an absolute genious, artist and master of his skills in the operating room and during consultation. He wants to make you the "best" you, you can be. (and I don't get paid to say that lol)

Hello! Question: did you do your massages using ultrasound?

Hi! No. I had 6 regular lymphatic massages. They were extremely helpful with pain and fluid. I felt almost painless leaving each appointment.

Pics didn't post. I also have a video of the procedure which would have been helpful for me to see BEFORE making my decision but I am not able to post on RealSelf. I am reaching out to find out why/how.
