Love love love this friendly office. Emily is the sweet and awesome office manager- ask for her she's got the answers to everything and will put your mind to rest. Mara is so kind and helpful too. They don't try to push ads on services or procedures that you don't actually need on you which is refreshing having gone elsewhere and experiencing that pressure plus self confidence killer when other offices/doctors start breaking down your physical appearance to get you to spend more. Dr Shafer is the most skilled and gifted in his field that I've ever seen, not only based on his credentials but also in person, he has an authenticity and compassion which is so rare in this industry- he is always patient with answering my many neurotic q's and easing my anxiety over procedures. I've done Botox and fillers on more than one occasion and have been elsewhere to try to save money but did not see anything near this level of precision and high quality in the service and effects of the procedures as you will get here, it's the platinum standard. If I could afford it I would never go elsewhere!
