I've always struggled with being flat chested and thought age and puberty would fix this. Well; it hasn't. It's always something I've been self conscious of, and now that I'm 24 I've decided to to make it happen. I've always envied large breasts. I saw 2 plastic surgeons and ended up going with the second because he specializes in reconstructive work and always aims to be as natural as possible. Also, he took the time to hand measure me and ask all the questions I had (I felt so rushed and left with so many unanswered questions at the other PS). Because my BWD is 11.5, I had a small range I could choose from. He first chose 295cc for me and after a lot of research, I just thought that wouldn't satisfy me. We ended up going with 310cc natrelle inspira as he did not want me to have a fake look. So far, they look gorgeous so I'm very optimistic that the will be big enough to meet my standards and I won't have "boob greed".

So far so good. Very sore but not where I was expecting. Don't even feel the incision lines only sore up high where my muscles are.
