Wanted a neck lift for over 8 years, It's bothered me beyond belief.
I'm 48 and decided to just go for it! Researched doctors for a few months and came across Dr Kremer . Loved him immediately!
His portfolio had amazing results and his energy was very positive. What can I say ... he has transformed me and I got my confidence back.
The surgery went perfectly , no pain, no bruises in fact I looked normal, BUT 15 years younger! I really can't recommend him enough!! as you can tell from the photos the jowls have gone and the neck is fabulous! Amazing work and so so so grateful to have found Dr Kremer!

Everyone is asking for scar photos... the only visible one is on my earlobe... still healing as you can see and improving with each day. The behind the ear cannot be seen as its in the fold Also the scar in the hair cant be seen either as its covered by hair.

Hi! You look great! I'm curious...did you have a lower facelift also, or just a neck lift? Did you have a corset platysmaplasty (where they tie neck bands in the front) + a chin incision?

It was just a neck lift, cut behind the ear and a little in the hair. Obviously when they cut the excess skin from my neck the jaw line improved .
My problem was excess skin so just had to get rid of that really .

You look outstanding!! No more neck bands. It was achieved with just a neck lift , because your jawline looks AMAZING.

Had a neck lift with Dr Kremer 2 months ago and it has been life changing! ( sounds dramatic but it's true) I feel like a new woman.
It's given my confidence back, the external definitely effects the internal.
As a 54 year old , the neck and jawline was not looking too great so thought i would go for it!
The recovery was basically instant , I was 'good to go' , no pain at all , the negatives were sleeping on my back and not working out for a few weeks.. so not very tragic.
I cant recommend Dr Kremer enough!

The earlobe scar is small and healing as we speak. The cost was £8000, was worth every penny. Really hope it helps.
They cut from around the ears so automatically lift the jaw line.
