I Had a Horrible Experience. Biggest Regret.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Rosen early in May which at first I was happy with my results. About three months after I had realized that my implants bottomed out. They looked absolutely insane. After doing some research online i was informed the reason behind this was the implant being too large for the tissue/body. When i had went to my consult with Dr.Rosen I specifically had told him I wanted natural breasts something to fit my petite frame, at the time i was an A cup looking to be a C cup. We had discussed and agreed on 350-375ccs. When i woke up from my surgery I was 385cc. (something i never agreed on). Now sizing a DD cup. I went back to his office in August, talked to him about my concerns. He explained to me exactly what had happened ( the implant bottoming out) and told me to schedule a surgery date for revision. He had told me the surgery was going to be a minor procedure and it would take about 30 minutes and the recovery time would be the exact same as the first one he had also mentioned the revision would not cost me and that it was covered by his office . A week before my second surgery i went it for a pre opp appointment and at the end of my appointment they asked me to pay almost 3k for the revision after telling me there was going to be no charge. They also made me pay for my garments,vitamins, scar cream etc. again. Not to mention when i asked them if i could use the cost i paid for my consultation towards my surgery they denied me. ( most places either have free consultations or let you credit your consult money towards surgery. ) Heres my issue. Dr. Rosen charges almost 12k for a breast augmentation but NOTHING is included. If you search the NJ/NY area. Your average breast aug ranges from about 5k-8k. I went with Dr. Rosen because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best of the best, after all it is your body. I ended up spending a lot more money after on top of the cost of the surgery itself. After my second surgery i had to buy a 120 special garment bra. I personally think that if you're spending that much everything should be included. Anyway, I woke up after my second procedure in a lot more pain then I expected to be in. The surgery also took two and a half hours when he said it was a minor procedure that was going to take 30 mintues. Five days go by I'm still in a lot of pain. Two weeks later I'm still in pain. My recovery was a lot more painful the second time around which i wasn't expecting because he told me it was going to be an easy recovery. However I'm still not happy with my breasts. They're way too big for my body and I'm extremely upset that i spent this much time and money to be UNHAPPY with my breasts and my body. I definitely wish I did my research and went to other doctors for consultations because coming here will always be a very big regret of mine.
