WORTH IT
Had my surgery 11/16! Had some minor bumps and had to stay in the hospital for overnight observation! I was able to take my compressions off today and shower and I’m so excited! I love the results already and cannot wait for the swelling to go down! I have a breast lift plus aug scheduled for 12/20

Are you still swelling around your incision? I am really concerned and not very pleased with how I look. I am now 5 weeks out and not sure what to do. Dr. doesn't seem concerned and said that he will fix it if it doesn't go down, but when? I did this in the winter so I didn't have to worry about the garments and can wearing bigger heavier clothes. Sorry for all the extra info. just wondering how your swelling has gone down so far.

You look AMAAAAAZING!!!!! Look at that teeny tiny waist. Just wait until you are all healed. There aren't any dog ears to your incision, it closed nicely. Your scar will be invisible in a year or so. I am so happy for you!!

Let me say the staff at Ver Halen has been amazing! Being that my surgery was on a Friday, I assumed I wouldn’t hear from anyone until Monday. Yet, Dr. Ver Halen and Shayna have checked on me several times throughout the weekend! I’m still sore but was able to drive yesterday and today sweep and mop the floors!

The pain is mostly gone but the swelling is real.... feels like I’m overly stuffed all the time and miserable ????

I have a really dumb question but have an upcoming event two weeks after my minintummy Tuck. Should I plan to attend or opt out now ? I am worried about walking around hunched over etc and people noticing etc. thoughts?

You should be fine! I was able to stand up straight from the beginning! I have been able to enjoy the holiday and everything!

Have you tried to drive yet? I’m 5 days post op (bbl and lipo) and it was a major fail lol

Im 4 weeks post surgery now from a mini tt. I don't know if I'll like it. My stomach looks like yours like if separated in 2. Did your Dr say thsts it will get better. Wear your garment very tight that's whst my Dr told me.
