Hey Everyone,
I’ve been admiring everyone’s before and after photos for months. Many of you have helped me (unknowingly) decide to finally take the plunge *wink*
I’m 38, have 3 kids, breastfed all. Men have not been kind to me about my post baby boobs. I’m currently married to a wonderful man who loves my body the way it is. That doesn’t matter because I don’t love my breasts. I feel like for me, for my own personal mental health I need these. I’ve wanted them since after my first child, 18 years ago. I’m beyond excited, very nervous, mostly about sleeping on my back after surgery. I exercise daily so that’ll be a big change for a while. I’ll update photos after surgery.

Had my surgery yesterday! 400cc mentor memory gel, moderate profile. I’m in so much pain, I knew sleeping was gonna be an issue. I was up off and on all night, frozen veggies are my best friend. Right now I feel like they’re so so big! I’ll take pics after my post op appt today.

Yes we are!!! Me either! I’m hoping mine are the sizes of the 375 sizer I tried on.

Thanks! I slept much better the second night, had to figure out works for me. Recliner wasn’t comfortable so I propped myself up and put a pillow under my legs

Yeah mentor memory gel, I don’t think they were xtra, profile is moderate plus. I love them so far and it’s only been a week! Had my appt to remove suture and she said they’re settling nicely.

Much better today. I slept sort of ok. My boobs didn’t hurt but my back hurts so much when I woke up. I’m able to do a lot more but still taking it easy. I go back to work tomorrow, I work from home so it’s not that big of a deal. I can’t wait for them to drop and fluff, they are in my way right now. All up in my arm pits lol. I was super constipated and had some light urinary retention but that always happens after to me after anesthesia.

Looking great! I also got 400CC mod plus implants and I think I’m a similar build to you (I’m around 5’9, 128lbs). I’m just over a week ahead of you in terms of surgery date. Fingers crossed we both have a great outcome!

Aww thanks. I’m still struggling with sleep but that’s not new lol. Also my left boob is taking a lot longer to cooperate. I’ve got a post op next week so I’ll be happy to ask him some questions. Otherwise I love them and so does my husband. I was worried I would feel like they weren’t part of me! But thankfully they feel natural and now my inside confidence matches my outside.

I feel you with the sleep thing - I’m usually a side sleeper but lying on my side still isn’t comfortable and I don’t want my breast capsules to heal asymmetrically. At the moment I seem to be managing with a couple of pillows (including a triangular pillow) under my head and a pillow each side under each arm so I can’t easily roll over. My fiancé is loving my boobs and he’s not even a boob man :)

I’m getting nervous about being too big. Real self has helped a lot of my fears though. I hope your pain subsides soon! Looking forward to your updates!
