I am a 36 year old mom of 3. I work out regularly and try to eat healthy. My weight has never really been an issue, however the cellulite on the back of my thighs and butt has always bothered me since age 13. I have always been pretty thin, but have struggled with cellulite more than half of my life.
My friend who goes to Marina Plastic Surgery in Marina Del Rey, CA , told me about this new treatment. I was a little skeptical at first but I thought, if this worked, it would be life changing for me as far as my confidence goes. I did some of my own research and decided to book my appointment!
The day of the appointment, I was a little nervous as it seemed to be a little invasive. As I laid face down on the table, my heart began to race as I had my backside exposed, and was about to begin this procedure which I have never heard of. Dr. Stevens was SO amazing! He talked me through every step before he began. I'm not going to lie, the numbing part was not very pleasant, but it was pretty fast. Once I was numb, I didn't feel a THING! I wanted to see what was going on so I look back with my phone in self cam mode and see a saw like device inserted into the back of my thigh. Dr. Stevens, his assistants and I were talking and even laughing about it throughout the whole 20 min procedure. I even thought, hey, I should document this....even took a selfie to send to a friend, because I couldn't believe how easy and painless this was. That evening I went to dinner with some friends. There was minimal pain, almost felt like a bruise. I was bruised for a few weeks (I bruise very easy) but was surprisingly impressed by the results! I would highly recommend Celfina, but even more Dr. Grant Stevens for anyone looking for an extremely amazing, professional, and always advancing plastic surgeon! He truly cares about each patient and makes you feel like you are part of their family! The staff is also amazing! I have gotten facials by Rachael there who is also incredible! I'm so happy I found this place! My next visit will be for my Breast Augmentation Consult! I've heard from many he is the BEST!!!! Very happy with my Celfina Results!!! THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Grant Stevens and his staff are so professional and highly knowledgable on what they do! The have the latest and most current of all procedures available in the beauty/medical field! Rachael Martinez is the best at facials! She also offers in and out services such as Venus Legacy and Cool Sculpting! Their office is huge and GORGEOUS! I highly recommend Marina Plastic Surgery!!!
