For as long as I can remember, I've wanted bigger breasts. I'm currently a 32 A. My surgery is in 3 weeks, and I'm very nervous that I'm not going large enough after looking at many pictures on this website. I thought I wanted to be a full C, but now I'm thinking I want to be a D. I'm so excited and nervous. It feels like a dream come true, and its all I think about lately.

Hi! I was also a 32 A! I am now a 32 D and I thought I wanted to be a mid C but I am SO HAPPY with my results. My surgeon kept telling me the only complaint he ever has is that people wish they would have gone bigger! I say go for it! Just let them know so they can order the correct implants and sizers for you! My surgeon also said (because I couldn't decide between 325 and 350 ccs) that 25ccs is a very small amount of liquid and is basically not going to be a noticeable difference. He said if he were to squirt the liquid from a syringe onto the table that's would be shocked at how small of an amount it is. Feel free to check out my before and after! They aren't the best photos so I do plan on taking some better ones!

I'm also curious as to why you are going over the muscle instead of under? I know it's personal preference so I'm not coming from a place of trying to change your mind was just wondering!

Well it's all done and I've been healing for a day now. I didn't go up in size and I'm so glad I didn't. I got 285 in my smaller boob and 305 in the other. I slept all day yesterday! But I woke up this morning to take a peek. I'm reallyyy happy with the results and can not wait for them to fully heal (:
