Rhinoplasty - 22 Year Old Male
I had a rhinoplasty in February of last year with Mr Marando. I am now 12 months post-operative and I am very pleased with the results. Having absolutely no knowledge on cosmetic surgery made me somewhat cautious and understandably nervous about my surgeon choice. However, after a couple of consultations with different surgeons, I decided upon using Mr Marando, of whom someone who works in the cosmetic surgery industry had spoken very highly of.
During my initial consultation I found Mr Marando very professional and easy to relate to. He took time to carefully explain the various parts of the procedure, the aftercare involved as well advising me on which parts of the anatomy of the nose to change in order to suit my face. During my second consultation we discussed in great detail the predicted photographs in order to achieve the desired result. Mr Marando’s knowledge and attention to detail in this aspect put me greatly at ease.
The procedure went very smoothly and after the general anaesthetic had worn off Mr Marando visited me to explain how well the rhinoplasty had gone. I spent one night in hospital and received the very best care from various staff that all held Mr Marando in high regard.
Even after I had been discharged I continued to receive exceptional service through contact via his personal secretary Martina, who is very attentive and a credit to him. In my case, I needed an urgent appointment as I had bumped my nose in the second week post-operative. Within five minutes of emailing my concerns to Martina I was contacted by phone, given practical advice as well as the next available appointment.
My nose has gradually refined over the course of 12 months and has aesthetically achieved the natural cosmetic results in the predicted photographs. I feel lucky to have chosen Mr Marando, he is a very professional and skilled surgeon of which I would highly recommend.
