Terrible experience overall and unprofessional

Terrible experience my before and after pictures pretty much look the same and when I expressed my concerns with the doctor she said I may need to redo the surgery but wait 7 months. I was not that big to begin with and told the doctor my number one priority is to get rid of all the fat around the abdomen. I am extremely disappointed that she didn’t remove the fat as requested and now wants me to redo the surgery when I asked for a partial refund the doctor and their office went silent and not answering any of my emails. Extremely unprofessional and horrible results. I paid a lot of money for this procedure. The doctor should be a little more considerate for its clients and make sure they’re satisfied but that was definitely not the case! I would never recommend this doctor or clinic. Please save your money and go to someone else with better customer service

I'm posting my before and after pictures 3 months apart. I'm now post op 7 months and things still look just as bad! So this is not swelling. The top photos are the before. As you can see, there's barely any difference and the skin texture and shape is way worse. I paid a lot of money for this procedure and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. A few things I think are important to share: 

1- I chose this clinic because they claim to use a less noninvasive technology, the Vaser liposuction but that doesn't seem to be accurate. I was in a lot of pain and the incisions were much larger than a grain of rice that the doctor mentioned I would see. The doctor and her assistant made it sound like l will be back to normal within 2 weeks and after a month would be pretty much healed, which I discovered was from the truth. I was in a lot of pain and still after 3 months have nerve pain with burning and numbness feeling in the areas operated. 

2- I went in for a consult and mentioned that my main areas of concern is the abdomen and inner thigh. When quoting my price the doctor broke down my core into 5 areas which seems like a lot! I barely had any fat in my back too but thought sure let's do the full 360 to get better results. I was relying on the doctor's expertise as well to give best advice if liposuction would be the best solution for me or if tummy tuck would be best but she said i should see "amazing" results. I did believe her since I had researched Vaser and read that usually the skin around the areas treated would eventually tighten up due to the trauma caused during surgery which leads to more collagen production and firm up the areas. During my consult I made it super clear that I was mainly concerned to remove fat from my lower and upper abdomen but as you can see in the pictures there's barely any difference from the before. I basically paid $20K for an extremely poor outcome. 

3- The doctor's assistant sees you in the first week post op and then there's absolutely no more follow up until 2.5 months later. I think that's terrible since your body is constantly changing and most practices will see you once every 2 weeks or at least monthly to check on the progress and make sure the garment is still a good fit for your body. So unfortunately, the service here was lacking tremendously. I'm the one who was always reaching out if I had concerns about the garment 

4-When I finally saw the doctor after 2.5 months and expressed my concerns and disappointment on how my stomach looks pretty much the same. The only option the doctor gave me was to wait another 7 months and that she may need to re-operate to remove any additional fat that was missed the first time around but that I would need to pay for the anesthesia fee again! the anesthesia fee and facility was 6K when I did my surgery so when she proposed this solution I thought that was outrageous that I would have to repay for something not done right from the getco. Why would I go through all this pain, downtime from work, more trauma to the body and have to pay again to redo a surgery that should have been done correctly from the start?? my stomach wasn't that big to begin with to not remove all the fat during one surgery! I understand that this can be the case for obese people who have a lot of excess fat to remove but I made it extremely clear that my main priority was to remove all the fat in the abdomen and the doctor had reassured me that I will be much flatter but might have some loose skin after. I would have preferred the doctor to be honest about what to expect. That's what the initial consult is for and the doctor should have been able to properly assess how much fat can be removed. At this point I dont think she removed all the fat around my core and upper back as promised based on the pictures and I can literally pinch a handful of fat from my upper and lower abdomen. This is not just skin as the doctor concluded during my post op. 

5- I've attempted many times to contact the doctor and she will ignore me for months but I remained persistant and requested to talk with her on the phone to try to resolve this. When she finally agreed to talk on the phone, the doctor was extremely defensive, blaming me and speaking over me. she pretty much said that she will not chat with me or discuss any refunds unless I take down my reviews and also tried to intimidate me by saying that I have violated copyright infringement by using the before photos that she had emailed me for my use and also said she will sue me for defamation regarding these reviews! I was talking with her politely the whole time and mentioned voicing my opinion of her services is my right and that's what reviews are for! I am stating facts and was not out here to insult her but she was not willing to talk to me for several months so of course I will absolutely express my dissatisfaction on all platforms. This is my hard earned money and I paid her to get a specific service, which the outcome was terrible. i really didnt think her communication was professional and to me it seems like she only cared for the money and not the customer's satisfaction.

Please SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to someone else is all I can say. My experience with their clinic has been overall terrible and they seem to only care to get the money with terrible service and outcome. again, please see the pictures to judge for yourself.
