Liposuction of Chin, Abdomen, Flanks - Genetic Double Chin and Abdominal Fat

WORTH IT$7,300
I'm 5'5" and usually 112 lbs (I gained 10 lbs before surgery so my pre-op pics are at 122 lbs). Genetically always had a double chin and pouch around my abdomen no matter how skinny or in shape I have been - definitely an apple shape. This procedure has helped me finally look the way I always felt like I should have!

Removed 3 liters from abdomen and flanks and 80 cc from the chin. Days 1 and 2 post op sucked - hard to move and get around. Day 3 feels pretty darn good. I’ve been wearing my chin strap 24/7 since surgery and I haven’t had any swelling or lumps under my neck. I keep it packed with a little extra foam under my chin for compression.
Swelling from my abdomen/flanks has all pooled into my groin/vag and caused major bruising. I assume it’s because my Marena compression garment is crotchless so that’s where everything drained to. Even when I got home from surgery I told my husband that my vagina was the thing that hurt the most! Otherwise I have very minimal bruising on the actual treated area and some sore lumps under my belly button area.

Your results look good so far. The same thing with the fluid pooling to the groin/vag happened to me too, even though I have a full-body garment. The pressure was painful but finally subsided. Don't forget to massage your lumps.

Thanks for sharing! My chin and stomach is where my fat sits too. Otherwise, most people think I am thin. But I am tired of hiding it under clothes. Going to keep your results as a reference.

Had a seroma form around my suprapubic area during the first week - got it drained last Friday and got a good amount of fluid off. Fluid came back the next day and drained another 80 cc, Monday 60 cc, Wednesday 34 cc, this past Friday (official 2 weeks post op) 14 cc, and it finally seems to have resolved!
Overall swelling actually seems to be worse the past few day - it feels a lot denser and the lumps are harder. I’m assuming this is due to the scarring phase and will soften up over the next few weeks.
I’m finally done wearing my chin strap...my skin under my chin/neck feels so tight I can barely extend my head to look up or turn my head to the side. There’s one spot that pulls in on my skin midline right in my neck crease. I’m hoping this is just part of the healing phase as well and not a complication from over suctioning. It’s not obvious to anyone else besides me because I can really feel the right pulling.
