The entire experience has been life changing. Even though I did not get the results and follow up treatment i was expecting. It has improved my eating habits and body image. If I had to do it again I would choose a different Dr with better follow up for out of state patients and more experience. .

Hello, this is Dr. Boutte! I am very perplexed with your feedback, and wanted to give clarification. Our protocol at the time of scheduling your surgery is to give you actual dates of your 1 week, 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month visits, unless you inform us otherwise. Now, because you and 35% of our clients are coming from out of state, I realize this frequency of follow up may not be possible for you. Did you miss your 1 week and 1 month follow ups? Also, on your post-op instruction sheet, it list nurse Lee's direct work cell phone number for you to call 24 hours a day with any questions or concerns. We do have a high volume of surgery patients, and they all seem to enjoy this "around the clock" attention we afford. I encourage you to call that number any time. I do hope to see you soon!

Hello Dr. Boutte., thank you for the response. However please understand that sometime a simple follow up call can make the difference in a person opinion, especially when they are spending thousands of dollars and traveling hundreds of miles to entrust your sevices. I'm not sure about the rest of your patients however I paid cash and set my expectations after the conversation about the procedure. Honestly the work you performed with the Smart Lipo is great however the fat transfer is no different than what I started with. I have sent nurse Lee several pictures and I still had to call three time only to receive an email from nurse Lee which only made mt experience even worse because I feel like I'm not a patient but just a nunver

With your reviews I have my doubts now I'm doing fat transfer to buttocks and I want the best results I want a big difference in my body.

I had a transfer to the buttock. I want a natural looking buttock and when I spoke to Dr.Boutte she explained that was her specialty. However I'm six weeks post op and I look the almost same size as pre op. The only difference is in my waist to hip ratio. I'm still in the same size panties prior to sx (maybe too much information) but understand everyone is different.

Just do your research and hope for the best, everyone is different and will have a different experience. I will clarify there is a difference in my body shape but as Nurse Lee stated in her reply email "its takes time fir the transfer cells to rejuvenate and grow again." I wish my results were diffrent because not able to sit for two weeks and i still have pain after sitting awhile would have been worth it if my fat transfer to the buttock was more. My post is not to discourage anyone, just to tell my review and experience. So my advice is to go in with an open mind and hope for the best. Good luck and I wish you the best on your journey to a new shape.

who was the doctor that did your first surgery. if I understand correctly you would not happy with the result of the first surgery.

today marks my one year anniversary post op for a bbl done by Dr. Windel-Boutte in Liburn, Ga. I can say this year has been an emotional and physical roller coaster. I did not want to update due to emotional clouded mine. This surgery change my life and continues to change daily. Though Dr. Boutte has good bedbside manner the aftercare for out of state patients is non existent. Which is the VERY reason I WILL NOT go back for to her ever again. She performed Smart-Lipo on my lower stomach only when I paid for the upper and lower. I paid for Lipo of the lower amd upper stomach, flanks and lower back with a transfer to the buttock. I do remember waking up during to procedure when she was liposuction my back because of the pain however was quickly sedated. After looking at other surgery of lipo of the flank I know now my flanks were never lipo. It seem as I gain weight or fluffed so did that area now I have a great looking butt but my back looks like I have breast . Also I was left with scars and indented skin in my stomach area which I have been massaging five or six times a day with a handheld massager. One of the things that I am most disappointed in the Dr and her staff waiting to give me after care instruction after the surgery when I was drugged up and could not remember for the life of me. But I digress. So fast forward a year I didn't want to do a revision or round to but I don't have any other choice then again I could leave it and look ok in clothes but I have to correct the wrong and move on with life. I am not a quitter so I refuse to give up on myself. I have always struggle with body image issue as we all do but was honest with myself to know I will never have the perfect body but I want to get close to it in my opinion. I wish i had consulted with other doctors and done more research but this time around I have been living and breathing realself day and night along with other sites and books about aftercare since I already know what to expect from the 1st round. I can say it was a rough year mentally and emotionally but I would not trade the experience for nothing. I have grew a butt and self esteem along with self pride in myself. One of positive things I will say about Dr. Boutte I will say I ask for and hour glass shape and she gave me it with a perfect butt. Originally I wanted natural results but i have develop butty greed and need a little more hell a lot more..lol . Seriously I'm really want to find a Dr. that lipos aggressive and can aleast make look like a seven year old boy as far as my back is concerned instead of a grown women with a b cup breast..lol (I might as well find humor in this since it's not I do about it until I find the right Dr with breaking my account). I will start a real review on my second round because the first round I wanted privacy but I realized I need positive support during such a life changing event. I still do not have any one I can talk to and that can relate to the changes as my friends and family all think its silly and joke about (the few that do know). Only my mother know in my immediate family knows no one is really know but I know the assume something as I was flat as a board prior but I never have confirmed anything. I look forward to round to and ready to get it behind me so I can move on and enjoy the rest of my life. Hey I went to dr. Boutte too. She did a great job on me but my butt did go back to normal size 2 yrs later. But that could have been cause by my pregnancy (I guess). N e way when I saw my butt after surgery I was like "it looks the same!". But she did a wonderful job on my lipo. I'm now going back 4 a round two with another dr. I chose to go with dr. Fisher. Y were u so emotional? Did u look bad? Or did u have lumps everywhere? I'm just asking b/c I had few lumps in my stomach but they tell u that. My lumps went away at 2 or 3 months. Ttyl. Good luck!! I hope u get the results that u want for round 2

Glad things worked out for you with her. You would be emotional if she left you with burn from the smartlipo like I had. And if you click on my profile you will see I did get her botch work corrected by a real board certified plastic surgeon

And also she did not do what I paid her to do. When I went for my second round with a real board certified plastic surgeon he told me my back was never touched and I paid that lady almost 8000 for a half ass job so yea I would be a little emotional. No please don't comment on my review again. Not being mean, just emotional.

I wasn't coming for u. Or trying to be rude. If u read my post , u also stated that she did great work on my lipo BUT with the bbl I felt like it look the same. Then I told u I was going to a different dr. For round two. I only commemorated b/c u said u felt like u were alone through this process. N since we went to the same doctor, which I was 85% happy with my results. I asked all those question to see exactly what did u go through. N if u didn't want any1 to comment on ur post then u shouldn't made this review! I was just interested n what made u so emotional! Nowhere did I disrespect n this post. Hell, I even told u I'm going 4 round two with a different doctor! If u that emotional n don't want ppl to ask u question then u need to log off real self.

N this is my last post then I will stay off ur review, maybe I 4got to add that I wasn't happy with my butt either. I mean I did pay to get a bigger butt n it looked the same afterwards. That's y I'm going for round 2 with a different dr, known for big butts. I felt like I wasted my money on the bbl but I still looked great b/c I had a nice shape b4 going there. I'm not trying to discouraged u. I hope u get great results from ur round 2.

Reading is fundamental and comprehension is even more important... If you go back and read ( instead of trying to read me) I stated I did have a real board certified plastic surgeon correct her mistakes and yes my results are beyond great. I have moved on this post is almost two years old. I wish you well on your round two because mine gave me the body I paid her for at half the cost. SENDING POSITIVE VIBES YOUR WAY.
