Most horrible, painful and unprofessional experience with zero results

HI Everyone
I was looking a Dr/Surgeon for my daughter's 360 laser Lipo. After hearing Turkey Drs and Surgeons are highly qualified and experienced and way cheaper and so many pple are traveling for their surgeries to Turkey from all over the world. I researched online and one of the lady from India messaged me from India who was the agent of Omer Sagir MD.She claimed he is European qualified and a European Surgeon's board member.She told me he is very expensive but one of the best Surgeon in Istanbul.I chatted and spoke to her several times and discussed many options .She quotes of different package prices from Dr with 4-5 star hotel stay ,transportation post visits and we ended up to decide and agreed on the cost and date of surgery.She was raving about his work and shared his Instagram page which was full of great before and after pic with good results so we decided to go for it.
Finally we reached on date as the Dr had to leave for vacation day after my daughter's and other patients surgeries.We reached there about 8 or 9 o'clock at night .The driver took us to the clinic to take our COVID test and the hospital staff did not even know we are coming from all the way from USA and need to be tested.
NO ONE was speaking or understanding English and it took hours to make them arrange some one who can speak and understand English.Then they wanted us to pay for the COVID test since we already agreed everything included in package price.We were super tired and it took us hours to sort them out everything.We were tired and so sleepy Is was around 11 pm.
We were taken to a 3rd class cheaper hotel with stinky small room.I was so upset called his staff told them this is not the place you showed the pic and we paid to stay.It was cold and heavy rain and we were standing in lobby waiting for some one to come and arrange another hotel.They told us to stay there for a night and they will arrange something better tomorrow.We had no choice and could not sleep the whole night due to dirty bed and bad small in the room.
Very next morning we had to reach the hospital as the Surgery was scheduled.The surgery was scheduled between 11 to 12 noon but they took my daughter to the operation theatre around 4-5 pm.They let her un attendant in the room where the Drs and Nurses were doing different surgeries openly as she got scared as she could see whats going on around her.She was on the bed for long and Drs and their medical staff were running here and there with blooded hands.
At last they took her for surgery where the Drs and medical staff were around performing different procedures
They brought her in the room after 3-4 hours and she was crying yelling and shivering like hell.Her face was getting blue body was in pain shivering so bad.I requested them to arrange more heaters and make her body warm so she stop shivering.We needed extra heaters to make her feel better.i was crying seeing my daughter crying with pain and feel freezing .I requested them to plz arrange extra heater to make her room warmer but they had no extra heaters available and started running here and there to arrange heater and just keep saying constantly ..ITS NORMAL'' ITS NORMAL'' I started crying seeing my daughter getting worse and constantly shivering.It took a while my daughter to stop freezing.
They asked her to walk after few hours.I hold her and tried her to walk as their instructions so she started bleeding all over the lobby floor.It was horrified and un expected she was losing blood and the staff said you need to walk this bleeding is normal.
Next morning Dr Sagir came to the room for only few mints and told us he removed lots of fat and she will get the great results.The day after they had to move us in a better Hotel .My daughter was on wheel chair and we were waiting in lobby for the car to pick us up and drop off to the hotel.It was freezing and heavy raining out side and my daughter was in pain holding 2 drainage tubes in her hands which were filling up with wastage and blood.After waiting 2 hours for the car my daughter told me mom these tubes are filling and i can not sit on this chair anymore.She was dizzy and pale .When i yelled and asked them to arrange a nurse to check her 2 ladies and a male nurse came to us and poured the dirty blood in closer garbage cane from both tubes to empty them in front of many people around us.It was so un hygienic and un professional.The hospital was situated on the busy road after long waiting time we were told the car is out of the hospital and we have to go out by ourself to ride in the car.I had my baggage in my hands could not drag the wheel chair so requested them to arrange any male staff to take the wheel chair so we can go Hotel.No one was available then one of the cleaning lady tried to help and drag the wheel chair on the slop and the wheel chair slipped and we all shouted hell to hold the wheel chair not to drop my daughter on the road.There was a man luckily came some where like an angle who held the wheel chair otherwise my daughter could fell on the road where was too much traffic around and there could be a serious injuries or accident.
We were taken to a Hotel was about 1 hour away but was a good decent place to stay.
Dr left the very next day for vacation without any instructions or suggesting her for Lymph drainage massage which usually help to heal faster.We were un attendant in a hotel far from the hospital for 4-5 days only with the medicines we bought.Her pain was miserable no one was picking up phone and i kept messaging them to suggest any pain medicine so she can sleep
We were there 5 days a male Nurse only came when i agreed to pay him $125 for each drainage massage.He disappeared the on next day telling us he is busy in surgeries.
On the 7th or 8th day of surgery we had Dr's follow up visit and were taken to his clinic and Dr did not even pay attention or said hello just walking around made us to wait.Two male nurses came to cut my daughter's stitches without wearing any gloves. They did not like when I asked them to give us a signed paper of the surgery was done by Dr Sagir as a proof. Dr Sagir came into the room did not ask pleasantly how my daughter is doing.He said watch your diet and go to the gym after healing and left the room.He did not talk to me at all and pretending he is busy
It was a nightmare from the day first and was a painful and miserable experience in our lives.
We flew back to USA and its been 4 month my daughter is wore compressions and followed the daily care/instructions to heal faster.She is still in pain, itchy skin all over. are area .
She has un even belly and lumps all over her belly.She had 12 manual lymph drain massages after coming back to USA but her results are awful.Her lover handles have fat pockets belly still have lots of fat and even lumpy all over
I sent many messages to his staff and himself on Instagram to tell him how disappointing results are but he ignored my messages.Then i called him from a different number he picked up and suggested her to go gym and watch her diet and said she will see results in 8-10 months don't worry.
One if his assistant was a kind woman responded my messages and i called her on whats app she promised the Dr will take care the problem if you not happy with results and will re do it after 8 to 10 months if needed but after that they never got back to us,
We don't even know when she can re do Laser Lipo surgery and if it is that safer for her?
We are not going back to him ever or recommend this butcher who was so irresponsible, un professional and careless Dr.
I am not doubting but sure as the Dr had scheduled many surgeries and over booked that day and he had to leave for vacation next day so I am %100 sure Dr Sagir did not performed my daughter's surgery his assistant male nurses did because most of the Drs there have trained their staff in all procedures what Drs and Surgeons suppose to do.
His male nurse whom i doubting performed her surgery was the one who was answering my questions sometimes.
I don't know how he claims he is a member of European Surgeons board and his degree is from Europe
PLEASE be aware of this Dr and the whole staff they were dealing her so un hygienically and un professionally and never apologized what had happened to us and what we went through in their country with a huge language barrier and language barrier.

I will request you all who are considering Dr Sagir for any surgery plz save your money and time look any other well trained experienced Surgeon/Dr who is there throughout your stay and to take care of you in such a painful surgeries
*I send my daughter's surgery pic after 3 months with lots of fat pockets on love handles ,lumps all over and uneven tummy along with complaint of constant itching but Dr Sagir never contacted us and ignored our messages did not care at all.
*** PLEASE DO NOT CHOSE '' DR OMER SAGIR'' IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARDENED EARNED MONEY AND TIME AND WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING FROM A KIND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL DR OR A SURGEON ***

*Please make sure if the Dr will perform surgery not his staff.I would never go back or recommend him as we did not only lost money and time but went through an unbelievable painful situation in a stranger country.Wish you all Good Luck
