My labiaplasty (minora) surgery is scheduled for Nov 30th, I'm excited and extremely anxious. I've been dreaming of this day since I was 11, i'm now 33. I'm going to be having the trim method , and am just hoping to lead a normal life and feel more confident in my lady bits.

So I started my period today, Dr said he can still perform the surgery. I’m just not sure if it will be a little more difficult to keep clean during healing, Nonetheless i’m not interested in postponing the surgery so we’re going to wing this and hope for the best.

Surgery Day

My labiaplasty was at 9am this morning, I had general anesthesia. I woke up after surgery and felt slightly uncomfortable, by the time my ride arrived my pain level was a solid 10/10. Typically I have a high pain tolerance, but even with the ice packs It was unbearable. When I got into my house I took some tylenol extra strength, and used some dermaplast to cool down the area. Took about an hour for the pain meds to work but i’m now at a 2-3 pain level.
The doctor had originally gave me Percocet but I couldn’t find any pharmacies to fill it for me because they all said it was out of stock. If i can keep this controlled with tylenol I think i’ll be fine.
This photo is immediately after surgery, I know swelling is going to occur so i’m glad I caught a glimpse before then lol!!
