I'm very excited to see the results once it's healed.

I decided after 4-5 years to finally follow through with Labiaplasty surgery. I decided to write a review on it since it really helped me to make my decision to have it done.

I had started getting very insecure about the size of my labia minora. It had also become uncomfortable and annoying. I had two babies naturally and it definitely changed the size of them. I have a fairly physical job and I found I was constantly having to tuck them in and they would get caught up and chafe. I was also insecure with my sexual partners and was just ready to be free of that. I am quite comfortable with my body but this was one thing I found was constantly on my mind that I wanted to change. 

I arrived at Dr. Watts office this morning at 9:30 am. They set me up in a room to apply numbing cream and sit for 15 minutes to give it time to start working. Then they brought me into the surgical room and Dr. Watts took a couple before pictures and marked out where she was planning to cut. I was given a mirror to go over with her the plan and make sure I was happy with that. She then did the local freezing which I did not feel at all. She then went ahead and did the procedure. The most uncomfortable thing was the pressure and bit of tugging, also the smell was something I hadn't prepared for (ick!). 

But she made me feel very comfortable the entire time and kept the conversation rolling smoothly. That definitely helped keep my mind off of what was happening.

After everything was done, she gave me a mirror to see the results and a rundown of the post op procedures and prescription for antibiotics to take for 5 days and Tylenol 3 for pain. So exciting to see the extra skin gone!

Everything was done and I was on my way home by 11:15 am. I had no problem driving 30 minutes home and it's now 2:30 pm and freezing is wearing off. I'm laying down with my bum propped up and writing this review lol. 

I'm very excited to see the results once it's healed. She said she thought I would be very happy. Can't wait :)
