27 Years Old 1 Kid, Embarrassed of my Clitoral Hood and Inner Labia Large Size.

Ever since i hit puberty i felt uncomfortable about how i looked down there, i didn't really look like the other girls as my inner lips and clitoral hood protruded far out of my outer lips. its effected my confidence in my sexual relationships, i would be so embarrassed and had to get blacked out drunk to even get my clothes off..all my relationships have failed miserably because of my insecurities. its even made me feel suicidal at times..
finally i saved enough money i decided to go for surgery.

The first night after my surgery was very painful,the t3s i was given did not help very much but when i woke up the pain was practically gone and i didn't need any pain medication on the first day. i was feeling like i needed to vomit on and off all day, and also dizzy/faint.. almost fainted when i was taking the picture and looking at how gruesome everything looked.
im kind of worried what to expect, it looks awful right now and im anxious about how the end result will look like..

i woke up and took a look. the base where a lot of my hood was taken off is very bumpy, im worried if that is normal? or if it will go away on it own. The tip where my clitoris is poking out due to swelling, is making me nervous as well, it looks weird and im worried that maybe my surgeon accidentally burnt my actual clit, im really afraid that i will lose all sensation. ive been keeping the area clean, taking antibiotics and applying polysporn.. going to contact my surgeon today and ask some questions.
