Beware! Very Unhappy with Skin Appeal

Although Christy Hall offers some technical skill, I was extremely unhappy with both filler and Botox she injected the last two times I visited. The filler under the eyes turned out very poorly. I was left with blue discoloration that last TWO YEARS, gradually fading the second year. When I went back to ask what she could do to resolve the situation - and I was very pleasant about it too - she was defensive... pulling out a mirror and forcing it up to my face and asking me what I did not like about it..... she failed to acknowledge that I had what is called Tyndall effect, where you can see the bluish cast of filler. I looked older and tired from this.... she said I needed MORE FILLER! She also bruised me Initially when she injected it and didn’t seem to care... or offer any treatment to help resolve the situation. She rushed through all the three appointments I had with her over the year and half I went there. I was a loyal customer... and to have this response over the poor outcome with the tear trough filler be dealt with this way was the final straw. I am finally leaving a review because the filler is finally gone and my under eye looks normal again. She also bruised my friend horribly, and treated her poorly when she called to ask what could be done to help. I thought this was terrible because my friend is an older woman who can’t always speak up for herself. She said that Christy jammed the needle around her face so hard she couldn’t believe it. I do not recommend Christy at Skin Appeal. I honestly don’t think she cares about all her patients. I have taken my business elsewhere over the last two years and am so much happier with the results and customer service.
