I have been debating a tummy tuck for many years. After two children and a weight loss of 60 lbs, I decided to go through with it. I am so pleased! It's still early on in the recovery process, but it is getting better every day. Soreness and pain are to be expected but are not unbearable. I am already up and walking around and the drains will be coming out in a few days. The aesthetic results are already phenomenal! It was so worth it.

Update today. Still doing great and very pleased. I went out yesterday - just tucked those drains and did the granny shuffle! Haha it really wasn't bad at all. I unfortunately have had some sort of allergic reaction to either the soap I am using or the antibiotic ointment. I called my PS last night to ask about it and he was very considerate to have taken the call as late as it was! He told me to just use Vaseline on it instead of the antibiotic ointment for now. Still dressing it with Kotex and washing with the soap he recommended, however. I am very excited about getting my drains out tomorrow!
