100% Life Changer... Wonderful Experience, Start to Finish
I could not be happier with my Panniculectomy results! I went to see Dr. Brantner last summer for a Panniculectomy consult after maintaining a 150lb+ weightloss after having weightloss surgery 14yrs ago. It literally took me years to get up the nerve to even make the appointment. I left my consultation not only at ease, but very excited about the next chapter of my life. My insurance approvals were seamless on my part. They handled every detail and kept me informed and at ease during the entire process. The office staff are absolutely wonderful.
On surgery day everything went beautifully. I followed up at the office the next day and I will never forget the feeling that came over me when he unwrapped my binder and I saw the "new me" for the first time. Tears and smiles all day every, everyday since. I did have an experience that was a first for me and I have had many surgeries over my lifetime. During my initial post-op period Dr. Brantner and Win were literally a phone call or text away. I don't mean call the office and leave a message and wait to hear back. I was given direct contact info for Win and if I had any issues or concerns, she got back to me very quickly. I have also NEVER had a surgeon offer to meet me on a weekend day when the clinic is closed to be cautious. Not only did I have a great experience during all of my clinic visits, I also ended up with results that were so much better than I could have imagined while also feeling safe and at ease during a new experience! This has been a 100% life changer. The only thing I would do differently is that I would have called him years ago!!!
