How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

This Surgery Has Changed my Life!
It is 1 year since my op. I wanted to leave a good amount of time before review.
All I can say is having the op was at the top of 'best decisions ever made' and using Mr Richards and team was also a very, very good decision.
I have wanted to have my grade 3 inverted nipples operated on for as long as I can remember and I have been looking at this particular surgery for about 7 years.
I would call it a physical 'defect' as the nipples are in there, they are just hidden away due to tight milk ducts pulling them in.
I have always felt very self conscious; I couldn't even breast feed; go topless on the beach. It was the way I felt - I just could not learn to love the way they looked. I just knew I had to try and get it sorted, even at my age, 50's.
I finally took the plunge and as I had been following Mr Richards and team for many years, watching their online videos I just needed to take that first step. I made an appointment in Harley St. London. I found the team and Mr Richards to be very kind and considerate and they said I was a candidate for the surgery. Being done under local anesthetic was a big bonus. Plus, I thought the cost was extremely fair too. I wasn't put under any pressure to book a date. The decision was all mine.
I booked in and had bi-lateral inverted nipple surgery a few weeks later.
The facility in Fitzrovia, central London where the op takes place is a very calm and comfortable place and the surgery was performed successfully by Mr Richards with Aggy assisting. It took about half an hour. When I saw 'my' nipples out I could believe it. They had been 'hiding' in there all these years!
I was very happy. I returned a week later for a nurse to check me over and change the dressing.
I did have pain for a few weeks after, 1 side especially was more painful, but I think that was just me. Over the counter paracetamol was enough. The nipples were super sensitive for a couple of months to begin with. Now they are just right and they I am SO happy with them.
I can honestly tell you it has changed me as a person. My confidence levels have gone sky high and I now look and feel amazing. I am SO glad I took the plunge and I would tell anyone out there thinking of having this surgery to go for it! Mr Richards and team would be my 100% recommendation.
Good Luck......
