Insulting response from Dr. and office
So I contacted the BBB to file a formal complaint and the response I received was accusing me of going to other doctors to get coupons to use at their office and trying to get free services so I Responded first of all my mom had gotten a Brilliant Distinctions points that she gave to me the only place that I have been in the last three years was to Dr. a good delis office Summit Plastic Surgery Center, Doctor I also used points that I had gotten built up over a period of time which I am allowed to use Brilliant Distinctions points also they had a special going on but the first two times I did pay the first time I paid 1300 and some change for them to do my cheeks and my lips and some Botox the second time I had to pay again for half of filler of Juva Graham to fix the mistake that he did when he punctured A vein and also because I had a knot in my cheek from where he did the fillers the first time that had to be dissolved because it was turning a color and hurting me and it looked funny and it’s so weird he never offered to put any more in once that was fixed and then charge me to fix the mistake for my mouth now I paid for both of those that almost cost me $1700 for them to even lash out and try to make it seem like I’m trying to get anything free from them I don’t want anything from them I do not trust them I would like to be credited points on Brilliant Distinctions or refunded part of my money because I did not get the services and then to imply that I was purposely sneering in the photo I have a doctor that I went to that personally saw the bruising that personally saw how on even both sides were so I have a medical proof of this for them to imply otherwise it’s silly I actually have medical proof so I’m happy to provide that to them which is exactly what I let them know when I contact him back in my response to the Better Business Bureau I feel like because he might do a good job for someone doesn’t mean that he did for me and I was embarrassed and I feel cheated and I’m sorry but I would just like for them to at least own up to the fact that he did do that and that I’m not a happy customer and that I did give them thousands of dollars over several years not including the fact that I referred my mother there and she spent thousands I mean to imply anything other is just insulting and crazy And I have not tried to go back there and get anymore services as I explained that to them previously when I left insulted and in all that they were trying to charge me and I have not been back to them since I have since found a great Doctor Who is willing to prove this so I’m just giving you guys an update on what’s going on I’m very discouraged that this kind of situation is going on all they had to do was try to make a resolution with me instead of throwing fuel on the fire and trying to make it like it’s my fault or that I was a liar is just sad that this is how a professional would act towards someone that trusted them with my face and money Oh and at his office they insist that you pay before you even get the work done so if there was ever any issue about my using coupons or anything like that that I am entitled to use especially spending hundreds of dollars each time they could’ve let me know that because I have to pay before the even do the work there that’s all I have to say about that
