I look 20 years older with two deep holes under the eyes

ORIGINAL POST

horrific experience

I had a consultation with Dr Niro Sivathasan at Ignite medispa in Wollongong. He has the most pushy, uncaring and unprofessional approach. He told me that I look like a man and other brutal allegations.

He asked a series of questions that felt like an exam and very irrelevant to the consultation ( if my partner would disappear what would I like about myself, if I'm emotional or rational as a NLP framing).

He showed me a website of another clinic making strange allegations. He asked me which price I would like to pay for the treatment which it felt like the tv show "The Price is right" and became very agitated because I replied that I didnt know and said a price just to avoid further interrogation.

He stated that I needed to dissolve the fillers. I told him that I had an allergic reaction previously to hyalase to which he was totally unconcerned.

At that point I was put under pressure and I regrettably agreed to have the procedure. He said that I needed 3 vials which in retrospective I realise it is a huge amount to have in one setting.

He put more units in one side of the face. I had a severe allergic reaction that caused not just swelling, difficulty seeing but also malaise, severe headache, burning pain, weakness, incapacity to focus on anything.

I wrote my concerns to him but just brushed it off that the swelling was nothing and I had no obstruction. I had clearly difficulty seeing for a week but the most horrific consequences is the outcome

I have a huge crater under both eyes like I have only bones sticking out. I did not have that prior to fillers!

It was clearly an overdose of the product that it felt like acid pouring on my face. After almost 2 weeks I still feel pain, headache, burning pain and pressure around the eyes. The left eye doesn't have any skin, it has attacked my tissues.

I found out later that the hyalase has to be done via ultrasound to use a small amount to avoid all my issues. I wish I didn't succumb to the psychological pressure of the moment and wait to be done by another practitioner via ultrasound

I look 20 years older with two deep holes under the eyes. My face is ruined, it will cost me thousand of dollars trying to fix it

Hi Reserved162776. Sorry to read this! What did you see the doctor about in the first place eg was it to dissolve fillers? I had lots of Juvederm dissolved after years of filling my face and I had swelling too which was actually much worse than yours. I then had another session and I was freaking out because I wasn't used to what my face looked like after all those years. I now know that's normal because my MD dissolved the Restylane which was sitting outside my lips and I was so anxious because it looked a whole lot worse! But my MD told me to relax and we slowly worked to properly correct areas of volume loss. This was hard for me to be calm because the swelling was painful but it was worth it in the end. Do you have a before selfie of your face that's not so zoomed in?

No I didnt. It was not the reason I had the consultation. I went there to ask about RF microneedling and thread lifts. I have seen that in another comment you stated: "stick with Dr Niro " so I wonder if it is from someone that works at the Ignite medispa

Where did I write that (seriously, I'm happy to be corrected)? Your rude response for being asked a simple question by me and me sharing my experience (about being told to take it easy) makes it seem almost certain you're highly strung and don't understand anything. Sorry but it makes me wonder if most of your story is dishonest!!

Reserved162776 sorry but your comment wasn't just rude, it was an outright lie.

I commented on another review by another user (ClaireBowral) who said "Stick with Specialist Surgeons Like Dr Niro Sivathasan" after she had filler dissolving and surgery with him (https://www.realself.com/review/sydney-au-eyelid-surgery-stick-specialist-surgeons-dr-niro-sivathasan#comment-5821049).

Have you thought about fat transfer to your face or a deep facelift instead of using fillers? I think fillers are an easy fix but my girlfriends are happier with the results of getting surgery to lift the skin instead. Honey just to reassure you look at this:

After 6 treatments of Hyalouronidase under my eyes i got wrinkles at 24 even though filler still looks the same! But after researching i found out that hyalouronidase destroys hyalouronic acid, collagen, peptides, elastin and fat
And i managed to fix my under eye area after 1-2 months! Heres how

Every night I was applying matrixyl, its the best peptide and it increases elastin and collagen mostly

After 15 mins i would apply volufiline, which helps fat multiply and trust me it works!! It made my breasts big too!!

Then after 15 mins i would apply castor oil which contains proteins that stimulate collagen production and i truly believe that it helped the most! This and vitamin c
Which i would apply every morning

However i would apply all of them and use a derma 0.5 mm derma roller after so they go as deep as possible, I would just use it for 30 secs every time

I never managed to get rid of all my filler, apparently sometimes especially the under eye one merges with the skin tissue so its impossible to remove all of it

But some people online took serrapeptase for scars and they complained that it made their filler dissolve
I didnt try it because i have a crazy amout of filler in my cheeks and im scared

I really hope i help ! Im happy i repaired my tear troughs
I thought i was going to stay like that:)
