Excellent. Saw him only a couple week's ago, and together mapped out a plan for tightening my jawline, removing some fat below my neck, and some kind of ongoing botox 3 times a year probably. The only thing I can report on is how well he communicated, and his gentle and genteel manner. He definitely explained, that there was a risk that our approach would not work, but being a lawyer myself and we knew that was more to cover the 1% case, than a realistic expectation. He did a quick botox which was a first for me. My partner is astonished at how youthful I appear. Really subtle stuff, to make my eyes a little bigger, some crow's feet and frown lines less stern... simple stuff. He was very deliberate and gets that I don't wish to look like someone who has had plastic surgery... more the youthful holiday look. He acknowledged that my two prior visits to Davin Lim were absolutely top-tier in terms of both my appreciation of the work he did and Niro's appreciation of Lim's skill. The thing is that I don't want to go to Brisbane every session, and I think with injections and that type of thing there are things Niro will be better at, especially where the goal is not purely acne correction as much as a kind of optimisation. I really liked the results, and am looking forward to our time over the next six months, after which I will make a trip to Lim, to perhaps do another Co2 and subscission - depending on how things are going.

excellent. Very knowledgeable doctor did botox on my face and did an excellent job didn't hurt like other injection people I have been to down in shellharbour who did a dodgy job. Talked about various surgery or options for my face and jowels and was willing to fit me in.

I was very anxious to have my first cosmetic procedure appointment with Dr Niro. After my consultation I felt immediately at ease. Dr. Niro Sivathasan responded to a request I had about a lip scar I had sustained after a fall.

He called me on my mobile and advised me how I could improve my scar through massage and other therapies that my dermatologist had recommended.

It was essentially a second opinion for which he had no financial gain from and he was genuine, honest and caring in his advice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Niro is the absolute best and I will never see another doctor for my treatments. He is so kind and friendly I actually get excited to see him for my appointments just to catch up! He is very genuine and will be completely honest with what he thinks is going to give you the most desirable outcome in what you’re trying to achieve. First, I would like say what an amazing experience I had with Dr Niro. I have always wanted a breast augmentation, and have been doing research as where to go. I found Dr Niro and his clinic Ignite Medispa and was overly impressed with what results I had seen. It was very nerve racking as this was a dream procedure that I had wanted to go ahead with for a while. He made the whole process so easy, giving me all the answers that I needed to consider going ahead. He was very honest with what I needed, which also involved Vaser Liposuction to my stomach and underarms to ensure my breast implants would then suit my body type. He explained this very thoroughly to me, which made me feel very confident in going ahead with my procedure. It is now 5 months post-op and my results are to die for!!!! He has boosted my confidence entirely, from what clothes i wear and how I look at myself now. I would highly recommend Dr Niro!

The consultation was thorough and not only covered aesthetic goals, but my personality type and motivations.

Prior to my consultation I was set on wanting a ‘natural look’ which wasn’t too big for my body type. My goal was to create a more balanced figure as I have wider hips and a smaller waist and bust. When trying the implants on, it was tempting to opt for larger sizes as I became more comfortable with the feel and look of them, but Dr Niro was wonderful in guiding my decision based on my original goals and what I would be comfortable with. We decided on a more modest size and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The size, shape and symmetry achieved is better than I had hoped for.

My recovery was a lot better than I had expected. I didn’t require pain medication for any longer than 5-6 days post op and my incisions are very neat. Dr Niro was always very available and willing to answer any questions I had during this period.

Ignite Medispa is a state of the art facility! It does not get better than this. An inviting, clean and modern facility with friendly and professional staff.

Dr Niro is highly skilled, listens and provides you with the time you need. He communicates clearly, answers any questions and provides you with the facts to comfortably make decisions.

I was a little nervous about getting Botox and I am so happy that I found this practice. I am 35 with 2 kids and can often look tired.

The Ignite staff were so professional and reassuring. Dr Niro spent a great length of time explaining my options and I was very comfortable with the prevention plan we built together. I am extremely happy with the results and I can only speak highly of Dr Niro and the Ignite facility. My face now looks well rested, clear and fresh! I could not be happier!!!
