Wariest Experience

One of the most unfortunate experiences I have ever gone through in my life was with this center. They demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and professionalism, focusing solely on financial gain. They showed no concern for the patient after the procedure and assumed no responsibility for the negative outcome that resulted.

Prior to undergoing the operation, I consulted multiple doctors, all of whom informed me that I was not a suitable candidate due to the weakness of my donor area. However, this center was the only place that agreed to perform the procedure.

I traveled from another country, and upon seeing me in person, the doctor stated that my appearance differed from the photographs. Despite this, they did not advise me against proceeding with the surgery, even though my donor area was insufficient. Lacking full understanding of the procedure, I placed my trust in them and in the doctor. I also had an old scar from a previous FUT transplant, and they proceeded to implant grafts into that scar as well.

Unfortunately, I achieved no meaningful results. Instead, I was left with numerous scars in the donor area. I used Minoxidil for eight months following the surgery without observing more than a 5% improvement. I have photographic evidence documenting this.

Upon returning to my country, I lost my phone and could not recall the name of the clinic to contact them. No one from their team attempted to reach out to me, even after I regained access to my phone number. I continue to suffer from the old scar as well as the scars caused by their procedure.

By coincidence, I came across the doctor on Facebook years later. I reported my situation to him, explaining that I had been trying to remember the clinic’s name to make contact. He directed me to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. I explained the details thoroughly and requested a refund, as I had gained nothing from the procedure except scars, wasted time, and significant psychological distress.

When I requested only the return of the amount paid — not compensation, despite the fact that I was not an appropriate candidate for the operation — the clinic refused and showed no cooperation whatsoever. They did not accept any responsibility for the failed outcome.

I strongly warn anyone against repeating this unfortunate experience with them. Anyone who wishes to verify the accuracy of my account may contact me; I am willing to show the results in a video call — results that never materialized, leaving only scars.

Lastly, I wish to note that I attempted SMP to cover the deformity caused by that unsuccessful transplant. As seen, the hair density is extremely poor, with barely around twenty visible hairs.
