I’m an American writing this and I wish someone had told me what I’m about to say

I came to this clinic hoping for a clean, natural hairline and a good experience. Instead, my front hairline ended up PATCHY, uneven, and nothing like the plan we discussed. On top of that, the donor area they pulled from now has a clear missing patch. It’s scarred and thin where my hair was thick before. So now I’m dealing with issues in the front and the back

I’m not someone who leaves harsh reviews. I reached out to them kindly, sent clear photos, and really hoped they would handle this the right way. Instead, they made me wait eight days just to tell me to buy a derma roller and book another paid procedure. No real solution, no ownership, just an upsell.

Now I have to pay another clinic to fix all of this, which is frustrating and expensive. This should have been done right the first time.

If you’re considering coming here, I’d honestly look somewhere else. There are clinics that give real post-op support and know how to fix things when issues come up. This was not that experience for me.
