Left with deformed chest & huge indents after full gland removal

Left with Deformed Chest

Left with a permanently deformed chest because of greed. Dr. Adajar did a full gland removal for me but it left me with huge indents/folds right below the areola on my chest. It took 2 revisions to correct this, the problem is he took fat from my surrounding chest each time. Leaving me with uneven craters on each side. I say this happened because of greed because Dr. Adajar originally said we’d need to take fat from elsewhere for the final revision. Then before the final revision I expressed concern about taking too much fat from my chest as I had had lipo there previously and I was afraid of deficits/craters. Dr. Adajar then changed his mind on using fat from elsewhere and had stated it would be more or a risk to use remote fat vs local. I believe this was purely from greed as it would mean we’d have to use the surgical center, anesthesia, and lipo. Where as with local fat he just did the procedure under local anesthesia in office. Well turns out I was right and I’m now left with a deformed chest all because the dr wanted to save money on my revision.

Pics of proof in order: txt are in chronological order
1. Chest before any surgery from Dr. Adajar
2. Chest after initial gland removal with folds that needed revised
3. Final botched chest after initial surgery and both revision
4. Screenshot of dr Adajar saying we’d have to use remote fat for the final revision. He probably realized taking more fat from my chest could lead to deficits/craters but later chose to use local anyways. Imo to save time and money.
5. Screenshot of me voicing my concern about using more local fat grafting
6. Dr. Adajar dismissing my concerns
