The entire xsculpt team was very informative and made me feel comfortable before, during and after my procedure. Dr Adajar was excellent throughout my entire experience and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Even giving out his personal # so I could send him pictures throughout my recovery as I was a patient from out of town and had to travel for this procedure. If you’re considering having this done I’d highly recommend it! It is truly life changing. I’m happy with the results!

Whenever you decide to do any surgery, you want to do your research thoroughly. Before I did
mine, I read reviews of at at least a dozen and shortlisted three. Some of the providers would not even let you talk to the surgeon. I was glad I was able to talk to Dr Marc Adajar before I decided on. Dr. Marc Adajar answered all my concerns and I felt I could trust him.
My surgery for 360 Vaser liposuction went very smooth. After the first 48 hours, there was absolutely no pain. I did not have any bruises which I was warned of before surgery. So far my recovery has been very smooth. Dr. Adajar is very prompt in responding to my text no matter where ever he is. Follow up has been flawless.
I am extremely happy with the results better than I expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Marc Adajar.

I had my consultation virtually in March 2021. After our through video consultation Dr. Adajar followed up with information on all of the procedures we discussed including videos on what to expect for recovery.

The next day I received an email with all the procedure prices and package pricing if I was interested in multiple areas at the same time. I wasn't ready to make a decision immediately which they absolutely were fine with and never once "harassed" me to schedule a procedure. Some other clinics I had consultations with called and emails multiple times.

It is also good to know XSCULPT does offer non-surgical procedures, supplements, and nutritional advice. This is important to me in choosing a clinic because they are not only relying on surgery but providing a whole lifestyle recommendations to give the best outcome.

I decided initially to do Vaser liposuction 360 (abdomen, flanks, back). After reading reviews I did decide to add on my chest. So I chose the Total Sculpt procedure.

Anabel, the surgical assistant coordinated all my pre-operation check list. She was very helpful answering all my questions via email, phone and text.

Today was my procedure (October 22nd, 2021) I arrived at the clinic and greeted by an amazing medical assistant to review my information, discuss the procedure and explain the process for the day. Next the anesthesiologist came in (I did speak to her on the phone yesterday to review important information again.) She was also very helpful and helped keep me calm as I prepared for surgery.

Dr. Adajar came into the pre-op room next to take pictures, do markings, and once again review my procedure.

I am home now recovering and will post updates with pictures throughout the healing process. Everything has been great thus far!

Two days into recovery I'd say that the first 24 hours was the worst just due to the drainage which is to be expected. Now that I'm on day 2 of recovery I'd say the Gynecomastia Surgery is the most tender. My abdomen is sore but the chest is definitely more tender. All still seems to be going well. Dr. Adajar checked in again today to see how things are going.

I had my drains removed yesterday and now I am much more comfortable. Overall the recovery wasn’t too bad, the first few days I had restricted movement but now that the drains are removed I’m in a new compression garment that is easier to get on and off. I’m still using the Lipo foam as recommended to keep everything smooth.

I am currently wearing one size up with the padding but will move to the size medium in a week or two.

Next follow up is in three weeks.

I am just now at the 3-month mark post-surgery and the full results are just now showing more. The two to three months I noticed changes almost weekly and now that I am over three months I'm noticing more definition and contouring. I will post updated pictures closer to the 6 month mark.

I had a consultation with Dr. Adajar and felt very comfortable with having him as my surgeon. I had a body lift, lipo of inner thighs/arms/lower back and pubic area, and breast gland excisions. Surgery was 6/10/21. I don't really remember the first few days after surgery due to heavy pain meds and the anesthesia still wearing off. I didn't bleed nearly as much as I thought I would. The drains weren't too bad except it was a little painful getting the drain on the right side out. A week later Dr. Adajar removed the bandage that was covering the surgery site on my lower stomach. Sadly there was necrosis of the skin and a hole was left behind underneath the eschar. Dr. Adajar removed the eschar, revealing the hole and a little tunneling. He bandaged it up and I seen him a few days later to check on it. Through this time I was given antibiotics and started the course. when I went back to him he showed me how to properly clean and dress the wound. He seen me typically twice a week to keep a close eye on everything. He had his work cut out for him as I was a difficult case due to having so much excess skin hence the body lift instead of just a tummy tuck. Surgery was over 7 hours and 14 lbs were removed in total. At this point my wound is almost healed and I'm feeling better and better. With this type of surgery and this much excess skin the potential for that type of wound goes up, choosing Xsculpt was the best decision I could have made. It was really reassuring seeing how much they cared and wanted to help. They didn't say hey thanks for the money see ya. They stuck by me, answered every question I had and in a really quick manner (usually within a few hours) and had me coming into the office every few days to be checked on. Im already loving what I'm seeing so far and the swelling is only going to keep going down. I'm excited to see what the final results will be. Also, Dr. Adajars' patient coordinator/assistant Anabel was unbelievably caring and helpful through the whole process. The whole atmosphere at Xsculpt lets you know that you made the right decision in choosing them as your team to help get you through the process/surgery. I couldn't be happier at this point. Thank you Dr. Adajar, Anabel and the whole team at Xsculpt!

Absolutely incredible and honestly life changing results from doctor adajar. He really knows his stuff. Expectations were met and exceeded. Would highly recommend seeking him out if you are suffering from gynocomastia. a big thing I really appreciated was how up front and honest they were about the pricing. No hidden costs. I’d highly recommend finding a specialist for this kind of thing, as results can turn out very badly if the person doing the surgery is not an absolute expert, and there’s probably few places out there who can match what xsculpt does. The whole team was great. I don’t have a single complaint. Would give more stars if could.

This was my first plastic surgery experience ever. It was to remove the burden that had plagued me since puberty. I was going to shop around the Chicago area for the best surgeon, but after my first meeting with Dr. Adajar, I immediately decided that I wanted him as my surgeon. As others have mentioned, he is really kind, skilled, and responsive which is definitely what you are looking for during a stressful event like surgery. From beginning to end I had a positive experience with Dr. Adajar, and his team (Anabel) who made the whole process as stress free as possible. Anytime I had a question or concern, Dr. Adajar or Anabel were a text or phone call away. As far as the results, I am 7 months post-op and I could not be happier with the job he did. 100% of the glands are gone and I am extremely grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Adajar enough to be your plastic surgeon!!!

Anabel was the Patient Coordinator for Dr. Adajar for the duration of my gynecomastia surgery experience at XSculpt. While I have already left a review explaining why I cannot recommend Dr. Adajar enough, I want to highlight that Anabel was a major reason why I had such a positive experience at XSculpt. Like Dr. Adajar, Anabel was very responsive to my texts or emails which was great because someone needs to deal with the small logistics of a surgical procedure and Anabel made everything smooth and seamless. Any question I had regarding payment, prescription questions, or scheduling was answered promptly and satisfactorily by Anabel. Living with pubertal gyno since age 12 was rough. I mean horrible. Beach vacations, pools, etc - I refused to take off my shirt, no matter how lean I was. Even as a natural body builder with sub-4% body fat on competition day, I could never escape puffy nipples.

Dr. Adajar is a very skilled doctor. Before reaching out to inquire about the surgery I was super reluctant to go through with this procedure. I was told Dr. Adajar was the best, and believe me, he did not let me down. I had a vision for I wanted my chest to look like and it came out perfect. Would especially recommend Dr.Adajar to those who are involved with weightlifting/bodybuilding. Dr. Adajar has involved himself and really cares about the aesthetics of your chest post-op and does lipo to help it look better than ever.

Marc and his staff are very professional and efficient from consultation to post-op. The process is smooth and easy, and recovery is fairly fast as long as you follow his advice. One of the best part is how easy you can access Marc and ask him questions whenever which makes their post-op care great. Really happy with the result as well and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.
