I reached my peak weight 3 years ago after a motorcycle accident hitting 210 lbs. As soon as the dr. cleared me, I hit the gym and started eating right. Managed to reach 174 lbs but felt skinny so started hitting the weights.
I am quite comfortable with my current weight and general look, but I have a flacid and protuberant tummy that I can't seem to shake.
Dr. Allan Ceballos sugested I keep the weight off for at least a year before considering an operation. After 1.5 years, he determined that I need a tummy tuck to repair my abdominal muscles and remove placid skin and fat. He will also perform liposuction to my franks, back and chest.
I am scheduled for tomorrow and feel quite nervous at the time but also exited to finally take this step towards the body I wish to build.
I have been browsing Real Self for quite a while and results achieved by many men and women, as well as Dr. Allan Ceballos ethics and experience, make me feel confident in the results. I know the process will be slow and tough at first but I'll try to document it as well as others have for the benefit of this community.
I attach some old pics of when I was really fat. You can see my gut hanging in one. And a lat one when I was the thinest. I am holding my stomach in, tightening my abs for it. The truth, is that when I bend, it still hangs down!

Well, the procedure went out great! Dr. Ceballos said I had very little bleeding. I had an ok afternoon, my wife and daughter came by and watched tv with me. Around 8pm, Dr Ceballos came in with a nurse, undid my bindings and showed me the initial results. Dude, it was so amazing! Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture...
I had an ok night, not much pain put my pillow is a bit high.
Yesterday morning I took the las photos of me before the operation, I'll update with new ones after shower later today!
