I had a breast augmentation revision from saline to silicone with Dr. Laurie Casas; she had to deflate the original implants and basically restructure my pec muscle on one side because I had such a large 'space' between my breasts. There was NO pain, recovery was a breeze and Dr. Casas watches over you every single step of the way. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Dr. Casas is a REAL person - meaning that she listens, she cares and she educates. This is not a 'cold & impersonal' experience in any way. The entire office is very professional and open about what each individual's needs and expectations are. Dr. Casas is constantly on top of what works and what doesn't in every aspect. She is always available, honest and works with her patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from beginning to end. I have recommended other people to her for different procedures and they love her - as do I.
