Gearing Up for my Breast Fat Transfer in 2 Days

WORTH IT
I've always had bigger thighs/hips/butt and smaller breasts (no matter how much I diet or exercise). I did a lot of research, consulted with many doctors and learned about Dr. Hoffman and his SVELT procedure. I'm probably going to do 2-3 sessions, where they take a smaller amount of fat, and in the following sessions add more to build upon the first grafted fat. I'm currently between a size 34A or 32B (just barely). I'm excited to see what we can do!

Okay guys,
So I had my SVELT procedure done on Friday (step 1) which was lipo of inner thighs transferred to the breast, and I have to say, I was really impressed! I was awake during the procedure, but had Valium and local anesthesia to help me through the process. I talked with him through most of the procedure, and when it was over, I expected to be in a lot of pain, but it was actually really managable. When I took a shower yesterday (for the first time after surgery), I expected to have a ton of bruises, but surprisingly, I didn't...just some swelling. I'll post some updated photos after my post-op appointment, but I did a measurement (and though it may be mostly swelling), my bust is about two inches bigger! I'm excited to go to my post-op appointment this week and to hear from the doctor how I'm healing.

***I'll update as I learn more and get updated pics, but so far I'm pretty excited!

that's great! keep us posted on how it goes for you! how much time does it take between the first round of fat grafting and the next round?

If I recall, it’s after 3 months, so you can see what truly stays and how much more is needed. :)

I was told 8 weeks minimum is acceptable for the second round! It'll be about 9 weeks for me, the way I've scheduled it. :)

I had my Post-Op yesterday and everything is healing well. I'm pretty mobile now, with little twinges of pain here and there, but it's managable with ocassional Acetaminophen. My inner thigh which was the donor site, is healing well, and the incision marks are tiny, so I'm excited for that. I was given a lotion to use starting next week, to help toghten and firm up the lipo site, and have been given permission to gently massage my breasts now. I'm feeling really good, and have my second grafting appointment scheduled for Nov. 20th! I'll keep measuring and see if I decrease very much from now until then!
It may be swelling still, but I'm up about 2 inches from my previous measurements!
