Office review: vascular angioma since I was a child

I just to have un vascular angioma since i was a child.I have gone to the doctor 4 times and payed 450€ for each visit.When i have bring him all scan he askeds me to bring to him, than i tried to write him email but no answer.His secretary blocked me without reason… why???at the end i just have visits with this doctor and never the correct answer for my case: If i have to be operated or not?! As the hospital dont “St Elisabeth..” does not answer to the phone calls, i took the flight from Italy for the 5-th time just to take my exams back and mabye to begin searching un affidable doctor.Ita really strange cause during the visits with the doctor i was very happy cause it seems a good doctor but after his secretary blocked me and he didnt answer to my email than i realise that it was 2 years loosing time.For one specific scan i just to travel until Albania to do it cause in Italy was the disponibility after 3 years.And all this flights, all this sacrifice for nothing… I never disturbed them , i just write the secretary to fix un appoointment and to be blocked is very very offensive.Like they have played with me for two years.It was sufficent to write : Doctor dont have time even for your case even for your money, and dont block me like that with no sense.It was important for me to write my ecperience and i hope Doctor Simon Withey will read.Thank you
