WORTH IT
Despite the huge controversy I have read about on this site in regards to Fat Grafting, I have complete confidence in my surgeon so I am going forward with facial Fat Grafting in conjunction with my Breast Augmentation and Liposuction procedures. I am scheduled for November 20, and I only have three more days to get through before this waiting game is over! I was cancelled from October 18 due to an elevated WBC.....

Can I just say you are absolutely stunning to begin with and I love how the fat injections have just made you more youthful but not too plastic if you get what I mean. I think your just gorgeous! You go girl! I am 34 and I hope I look as amazing as you do because honestly your pic with no makeup you look better then I do and a lot of other women I know so I hope that you read this and feel good!!! Xx

it’s still good, my lips still have the fat it seems, and it did help above the upper lip area for sure. I since had a laser treatment and that really knocked out a bunch so answer is yes, the fat grafting lasted! Some has obviously disappeared but still happy with the result

That's awesome!!!! I'm thinking of doing it....I just had a lower facelift with full face co2 but I feel like my face lost so much volume and I'm trying to avoid fillers...

it should be fine, I was told the fat doesn’t stay in the face and peri-oral area but I beg to differ

I don’t recall how many cc, but hopefully your surgeon is board certified and performs these a lot. It takes a few weeks or months for it to settle, and repeat treatment usually is required. How is yours a disaster?

I'm 8 months post op and he filled all the gaps that we have naturally empty and made me look like a monster. He made me so swollen and took all my beautiful shape.

Have you spoken to your surgeon about how you feel about the fat transfer? And if you have and he is not assisting you and addressing your concerns, I would absolutely walk away and find a BOARD CERTIFIED MD to consult with hat actually does this procedure routinely...... it takes a precise and concise eye to know where to fill in and sculpt. Not all surgeons are the same. Some specialize In certain procedures although they can do most, I would consult with someone who works a lot with faces...... I’m sorry that yours did not go as expected.....

That sounds like looks to the face? I have no idea, maybe there is a medication than can dissolve the fat transfer you had..... I would definitely research it. Besides, the day my surgeon ever said that to me wold be the day I fire them.... that is unprofessional behavior...... I pay my surgeon to do a job........

Absolutely worth it! Friends, I? keep reading “bad” reviews on here about facial Fat transfers...my surgeon went easy, so to speak, if i need to add more later, We can do so once we see how much absorbs back.
With this said, I am adding a few pics and today is only day 3 postop! I think I look amazing and I have really not bruising per se in my face. Just some very minor swelling, I could not be more pleased with my results.....

Are you saying we should keep reading bad reviews on here about facial fat transfers? or are you saying you read bad reviews here about facial fat grafting?

I was trying to say I had read so many negative reviews and I myself had a great result and experience. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon and pay the extra money. I will post a current pic this weekend. It has been exactly one year and m skin looks amazing :) thanks to Dr. Wendy Wong in Monterey, California.... ♥️

I wonder how much fat was grafted for lip filler so it looks really full, mine was 3ml (1ml more than with fillers. It’s hardly noticeable

Fat transfer is not worth it

The doctor only transferred approximately 15cc to my face ( report says 11cc but doctor confirmed it could have been more). The fat all stayed. My skin is hideous now. My face looks stuffed and distorted. The fat was placed so high up my cheeks ( already had prominent cheekbones) that my eyes disappear.Update...
