Worst Facial Fat Transfer - Nightmare!

Little update guys!
I am now at almost 7 months post op!
I am in pain, my face is getting bigger, I have lumps, lost of sensitivity on my face, starting to have visions issues, muscular pain ect…
I had my follow up appointment at 4 months post op when Dr disregarded my concerns and gaslighted me. He told me I looked great and that I could come to take pics for him to post them. Of course, when I tried to schedule it for over a month, they ended up telling me he does not want to see me before a year! I am trying for the last 3 months to get an appointment to see the doctor but they are not responding to my calls or to my emails. Here are the proofs. I received a call 2 months ago saying that Dr chestnut will reach out to me personally but he never did. I kept emailing them and I did not receive any response! Not even an email saying that they will forward that to him. This is SCANDALOUS AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BOARD!
Check out the dates on the emails. I did not post them all but it’s outrageous.

Here is an update for you guys.
I had my post op appointment with Dr chestnut a month and half ago. He dismissed all my concerns, did not give me any explanations about why my face looks like that and what he could do to fix it. For him, his work is great and he said he was happy to post it on his insta. I told him that I agree and called the office to book an appointment. But here is the thing: I called 20 times and send email to finally be told that he REFUSES tO see me before the one year mark. I told his staff that I want to come and see him in person bc I haven’t seen him since surgery almost 6 months ago. They are playing with me. One day the assistant is not here and she is the only one who can schedule me, the other day, the Dr can not talk to me…
I sent an email after my post op to have real responses to my concerns bc the only thing Dr chestnut told me about it ( lumps, lost of sensations on my face, muscle pains ect..) was that it’s like that and that it may improve. No other explanation. I sent my questions 3 times, no response at all to my email. They also pretended they did not get it when they confirmed that It was forwarded to his medical staff.
Refusing to see a patient for a post op is actually failure to meet his duty of care.
Last week, on Tuesday, I called again to ask for an appointment and they responded that Dr chestnut does not want to see me but that he will be reaching out to me personally. It’s been now more than 10 days and he did not reach out to me.
I have decided to make my story public. I can not tolerate such a terrific behavior from a surgeon.

The same exact thing was done to me. To a T. I was sent an email that read: "Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. The doctor refuses to discuss anything until you are a year out." At the bottom was a suicide hotlink for in the state where I live apparently in case I decided like killing myself. This was sent after my calls and emails were ignored, yet again, almost a week after I told them how devastated I was bawling in a parking lot over 7 months post op with my face and beauty destroyed. I never even got a followup after surgery at all. Not via Skype or anything. My medical records are falsified and I was told they didn't graft fat where they indeed did. I have lumps everywhere. I have not been able to hold a job since and I have horrific PTSD. He wouldn't even call me in an antibiotic or a steroid or anything, just left me hundreds of miles away with no one to help me. Took my money, horrendously ruined my face and then completely gaslit me and acted like I was crazy and non existent. I don't know how people like this sleep at night. I am a mother. My life is ruined. I will never be the same again nor have I been happy since I let him perform surgery on me. And literally there is nothing I can do. I am destroyed.

This is so sad to read. I have not had a happy day the past 7 months( from another surgeon. )I also feel devastated over the loss of my looks. and my concerns were ignored. We are now alone on how to deal with this. I am sorry you are also left with upsetting results. This Industry can be so cruel.

I had the same procedure by the same doctor as you. Mine is 10 times worse than yours. Be thankful he didn't touch under your eyes. Mine are destroyed.

I have noticed his instagram account liking comments that would indicate you're interested in fat transfer, I think that's how they fish for patients, did that happen to you guys?

I am so shocked about what I am reading and seeing here and had researched fat transfers and this doctor so throroughly. It would be very helpful if I can know more from you.

I believe you.... if this was a few years ago I would be shocked, but nowadays I am not. these things happen bc they know they can get away w it bc no one posts a review..... there's always just 1 review so its like not sure, but imagine if everyone actually posted a review how things would be. doctors would actually have to fight for our business and be fair

Yes very unprofessional! I am sending them email every week to know when the doctor is going to contact me bc I am in physically in pain. They are not even responding to my emails! I am shocked

Are any of you contacting medical surgeon board and making reports? I’d contact the news. Call the local news in his office neighborhood and let them know how many women have came for that want answers, to be seen and even just a return call!!! The news would love that story to share!

I’m so sorry this happened. I hope you find someone who can help you. I’ve seen steroid shots injected that help dissolve fat and lumps. This was a while back. Cant remember who did it. Please be patient with yourself. Skin will need healing from the Morpheous.

So here is a video of me today in the car… you can see how much fat I have on my lower face and how my skin has big laxity because of it. I am adding a pics of me in the same car before… so you can see the difference! I think even if he wanted to, he could not have done a worst job

Right? It makes my face so heavy that it looks like my face is falling down! I have never seen such a thing in my life! It’s freaking choking. But again, for the doc, it’s totally normal!!!
I just turned 34. When you see the before pics, I was looking very young for my age. It was few months ago! I looked older with this procedure.
