Facial + Butt Fat Grafting with Liposuction

First off Dr. Cohens office is gorgeous, I was greeted by his friendly front desk (Vaness & Nancy) before entering his consultation room that was set up in a very welcoming room. When the Dr. entered he was accompanied by Sierra who would later provide me with pricing and surgery date options.
I came in with big concerns of the facial fat loss I had developed over the years, I am 40yrs. old and was noticing volume loss under my eye, temples and cheeks. I had been following FACES+ on Instagram and loved how natural the results were with this procedure. During my consult Dr. Cohen explained the difference between the ITR Fat Grafting procedure he has pioneered vs. the traditional methods most surgeons are using. While explaining the procedure we discussed that we would be doing a liposculpture technique to get the fat he would be using, I had always had a area on my hips/saddlebags that has bothered me since I can remember. Dr. Cohen explained this would be a great time to address these areas as well. I walked away excited and comforted with his suggestions. He also recommend a new tightening procedure called JPlasma that his PA Ashley would perform on the the areas he would be removing the fat from in addition to the buttocks and back of my legs, he said this would help to lift and tighten these areas.
Two days before surgery I received a phone call from his Anesthesiologist Dr. Marsh who was thorough with my health history and even provided me with a Beverage called BeverageMD that would help with the nausea I had experienced with previous procedures.
The morning of the procedure I was first greeted by Michelle his nurse who put in a gown, took photos and got me comfortable before Dr. Cohen came in to recap on our plan and do his artistic markings of where he would be doing his magic. I was then welcomed into the OR in his very own office were Dr. Marsh eased my neves and sent me on a tropical vacations..Haha!
I am now 3 weeks post op and am beyond thrilled with my results, my recovery was what I expected and the office provided me with a surgery kit that included my garment, pre/post surgical supplements, and topical products to speed my healing process.
I can't recommend Dr. Cohen and his staff enough, all of my post op appointments were made easily and I was not left in a room for long periods of time. With every visit the staff was encouraging and complimentary with my healing process.
I am currently working with Ashley doing Thermi250 on my flanks and buttocks to speed the healing in these areas as recommended by Dr. Cohen, the results are already beyond my expectations and he has encouraged me they will only continue to get better. I cannot wait for summer, the confidence Dr. Cohen has given me will truly be life changing. He is truly and artist and I'm so grateful I have found Dr. Cohen and the staff at FACES+, I look forward to doing the ITR2 Fat Grafting Procedure in years to come, the results are so natural and beyond any expectations I had.
