Office review: unprofessional - now out $500

I picked Dr. Talei because he had awesome reviews and his work looked awesome. But the lack of professionalism is far from awesome. I paid a 500$ consultation fee, waited for months and months, only to get a call to have my consultation moved (1). No one calls you a day prior as a courtesy reminder of your appointment (2). Finally, I get a call at around 8:30 pm, central standard time. We proceed to hang up to FaceTime for my consult, not once did I see his face (3). For all I know, I could have been speaking to a staff member, which by the way, sounded like he was in his vehicle. The conversion ends with him telling me that he would have his staff call me the next day, Friday. Friday comes, no call (4). Monday comes, still no call. So I decided to reach out Tuesday afternoon. The girl who answered the phone proceeds to tell me that it usually takes 48 HRS from the day of my consult, mind you, it’s already been, we are now Tuesday. But she says she will pass the message and they will definitely call back by the end of the day, DIDN’T HAPPEN (5). I decided to reach out to his Instagram and someone responds (see attached picture) (6). Then I get this odd message just now, asking about a vet (7)?! Like what the heck is going on?! Tomorrow will mark TWO weeks from the day of my consultation and still nothing (8). I’m now out 500$, which I was planning to put toward my procedure because I’ve decided to look else where. I don’t care how busy you are, you keep your potential clients in the loop, always. Especially when you say you will. Very disappointed.
