Dr Calabria on July 7th gave me a brow lift, vertical facelift, chin implant, lip lift and had both lower and upper lid eyes done. Was assured that all the swelling and deformity i am facing would go away in 3-6 months. i am now 5 months in and I am still deformed. As you can see both my eyes were the same size when ai smiled in March. I was also able to control my smile by making it softer. The second photo shows me trying to create a soft smile. The 3rd photo is me laughing. One eye is smaller than the other and the larger eye has a big hunk of skin protruding out when I smile. My smile is all gums and stuck with the same width. When i laugh i look monicical. I have reach out to Dr calabria my Instagram

I have showed the patient the pre op pictures which showed clearly that she had an asymmetry before surgery due to a functional problem of the upper lid called eyelid ptosis which is a weakening of the elevator muscle due to aging that does not have anything to do with the surgery. I wish I could show the before and after pics so you will be the judge if she had improved
Let’s make a deal: ask her to allow me to show the pictures so you will be able to judge impartially

8 month Post sugery. Blepharoplasty, vertical facelift, lower facelift, lip lift. The nightmare continues
It is now March 2023. I had my surgery July 7, 2022. I had one Zoom call with Dr Calabria in September when I couldn't hardly move my mouth to talk. He said "Too Soon" I reached out twice via Instagram messenger, the office said it is his preferred method of communication. He read both my requests for help. I can't keep looking deformed like this. He ghosted me. I am reaching out to the CA licensing board. If you mess up, you need to reach out to your patient and help them. It's what medical doctors are suppose to do, take care of their patients, not ghost them when they need a remedy to plastic surgery gone wrong.

I hope you can get some revision work done and wonder if this was done in CA or overseas. I want to get a lower facelift but worried I won't be satisfied. Please sue the pants off of him.

It was done in CA. I waited 15 months for this. Since he dropped me in September once he saw there were issues, I have started on a journey in my home town Scottsdale. Found a doctor that does eye revision surgery. Dr Calabria was $55k. We will see how much more it will cost to undo his work

Your video speaks volumes. think you may have a medical malpractice case. Seek who specializes in plastic surgeons cases. You loss a lot because of his lack of care. Send the attorney your before and after video. It speaks volumes. Had a lip lift. My facial expression distorted nose tweeks in the opposite direction. You saw my pictures. I am seeking a correction. Have 2 consultation in May. Lets stay in touch and Support each other.

video showing how my eyes and mouth and face as a whole looked appealing. Showing video 6 months post surgery where you can definately see my eyes are not the same size and my lip lift appears to be too short. I am all gums and can't express a range of smiles.

I am so sorry you are going through that, it’s horrible to trust someone with your face and have an experience you are devastated by. Why does he continue to have a license to harm others, he should not have this right. I pray you are able to get some help by another facial surgeon who sees this and helps you out of the kindness of his heart. Please update if that happens

After seeing your experience on realself, I just cancelled my consult that was booked a year ago .
Thank you for sharing your painful experience with us. It warns those of us that get sucked into the instagram marketing. The before and afters are so captivating (if they are even his work).
I understand that there are risks and possible complications with each surgery, not sure if any surgeon has a 100 percent track record. That said, there is NO excuse to ghost and not try to resolve the issue. It is unethical and speaks volumes to Calabria's character. That right there is enough for me to say I will pass and look for another surgeon.
Please update us on your journey, my heart goes out to you. I wish you resolve with a more qualified surgeon!
