3 yrs later and my smile is still unpredictable. This is April 14.2025

The nerve damage on my lower chin due to a bad chin implant still produces a smile like i had a stroke 3 yrs later I am now doing botox on one eye every 10 weeks to get my eyes the same. The scar for lip lift is the worse workmanship. People ask if I was in a car accident. He went straight across and then cut down the lip by accident. Here i am in regular sunlight. Every day I get to look at this workmanship and so does everyone that looks at me

I have showed the patient the pre op pictures which showed clearly that she had an asymmetry before surgery due to a functional problem of the upper lid called eyelid ptosis which is a weakening of the elevator muscle due to aging that does not have anything to do with the surgery. I wish I could show the before and after pics so you will be the judge if she had improved Let’s make a deal: ask her to allow me to show the pictures so you will be able to judge impartially

My lip lift scar 2 yrs later. I can’t make this stuff up. The work speaks for itself. Not fixable

iDr Calabria as you know performed a lip lift as well. Not only do I have to use Botox to relax my upper lip so that I do not have a gummy upper lip smile but when I am not smiling by scars are so obvious. I've never seen scars like this on other RealSelf lip lifts before. It is so obvious. I have so many regrets here. . This is what my lip lift looks like when my mouth is shut. The scars stick out like a sore thumb, even 2 yrs later. I stayed out of the sun, applied creams, Vitamin E, etc. It looks to be cut to far below the nose on one side.
