Mini-vertical facelift with upper bleph - so happy!

I am a few days before my 45th b day. I did a mini-facelift “hybrid” the hybrid part included part of my neck and an upper bleph. I am very happy with the placement of the cuts and the quality of the stitches. Just waiting for the swelling to go away so I can see the final result! 33 Years Old and Not Happy with my Saggy Cheeks

Background: I have gotten some fillers in my cheekbone area and they helped a little but I was not 100% happy.
