Office review - Very informative and personable

I had a Faceliift/Necklift/Chin Implant. I was undecided about the implant until I saw pictures of the difference it would make. Dr Alejandro was very informative and personable, I am an international patient so I was a bit nervous but his Coordinator Ivette was really understanding and was always available to answer any questions I had. His office is esthetically beautiful snd the clinic where the surgery was done is Uber clean, in fact I have never seen such a clean and organized medical facility, I was given detailed post surgery instructions which I followed to the letter. The follow up office visits were reassuring and now that I am back on my home country I am having follow up consultations via FaceTime, his office continues to be available for any questions/issues I may have. The only issue I had was the actual day of surgery most of the staff at the hospital spoke very limited English so you might want to
keep Google Translate handy the day of surgery if you can. All in all it was a good experience and I’m looking forward to continued healing . I would definitely reccomend Dr. Alejandro and his Clinic.
