Seeking Revision Rhinoplasty 3 years later

So I inherited a bulbous nose from my mother and a hooked nose with a dorsal hump from my father so I get the best of both worlds! I want my tip rotated up a little, my nose slimmer, the dorsal hump removed, and my wide nostrils reduced. I'm 23, and I finally have the time and finances to do the surgery.

I live in Washington State, but I'm going to be going to Puerto Vallarta, MX for my surgery on the 26th of August, 2018. I did my research and all communication through Elaen Plastic Surgery Center have been very professional, as well as the video consult with the surgeon Dr. Alejandro. His english seemed to be very good, I don't speak Spanish at all. I will be meeting him again the day before surgery in person to talk about how the procedure will go.

Hey guys! After months of anticipating my surgery in Mexico, I finally flew from Washington State to go there 2 days before my surgery!
I spent Friday and Saturday getting bloodwork done, EKG, and a nose X-Ray as well as my consultation in person with Dr. Alejandro the evening before the surgery. He was very welcoming, very professional, and knew exactly what my concerns were regarding my nose, his English was also very good as he had done training in the United States as part of his education. The clinic was very clean and up to date, all in all, very easy process and I was comfortable! I'm in mexico in the hotel until I go to take off the cast after 7 days!

I love the new profile look of my nose, but I've been depressed since cast removal because I hate the front view of my nose, It is very swollen, looks like an animal snout, and nostrils are uneven, but Rhinoplasty recovery is a waiting game, I hope it looks better as time goes on
