Rhinoplasty in 2018 from the US

I wanted to fix my dorsal hump in 2018 and traveled to Puerto Vallarta to Elaen Plastic Surgery to have my rhinoplasty. He was a very attentive surgeon before and after surgery but when i had concerns the year and next few years after surgery , his office never responded to me and he completely didn’t address any of my concerns even though I called and emailed the clinic multiple times. He removed too much cartilage and never pinned up my columella so I developed a polybeak deformity that I had to go get a revision to fix last month out of pocket. I wish I never went to Mexico to this surgeon to have the surgery, I would have saved a lot more time and money. Do NOT go to Dr.Alejandro for rhinoplasty!

Seeking Revision Rhinoplasty
So, it’s been approximately 3 years since my primary rhinoplasty, and I’ve noticed some very obvious flaws with my nasal structure.
The tip had dropped dramatically, is still bulbous, and still overhangs my lip when I smile. My nostrils are still fairly large. My columella hangs low and you can see the inside of my nose and it is not attractive at all. In photos it is obvious that my nose deviates to one side slightly, and there is a small piece of cartilage that is poking into the left side of the tip.
I wish I hadn’t gone to Mexico and done the surgery without any morphs, but now for a revision I refuse to pay $14-15000 to fix these problems. So I’m looking into the hub for low cost surgery with experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon in Turkey ! The surgeon I’m seeking to do this with is Dr.Yusuf Ucal

It looks good and natural don’t do it
Don’t go to Turkey. There are a couple of good docs in Chicago - Northwestern University. They’re an academic affiliated institution. So, they are more affordable and good board certified drs. I recommend Dr Sidle or Dr Thomas. Thomas does very natural and beautiful results, but be sure to clearly communicate what you want bc he doesn’t communicate that effectively.

Swelling is driving me crazy.
I love the new profile look of my nose, but I've been depressed since cast removal because I hate the front view of my nose, It is very swollen, looks like an animal snout, and nostrils are uneven, but Rhinoplasty recovery is a waiting game, I hope it looks better as time goes on
