Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Update
This is an update to my previous RealSelf review. After voicing my concerns, Dr. Ufuk’s clinic completely blocked me and has refused any contact since. Instead of handling things professionally, they shut me out, ignored me, and refused to even offer a simple video consultation.
The only response I ever got? “Fly back to Turkey if you want to speak to the doctor.”
As if it’s that easy to drop everything, spend thousands on flights and hotels again, and go through another nightmare with them. They refused to accommodate me in any way and had zero interest in addressing my concerns.
The Reality of My Botched Surgery
I’ve added images showing my face before surgery, my healing process, and how from the start, the stitches were already wrong. Here’s what I’ve been left with:
1. Post-surgery, one of my eyes is permanently higher than the other.
2. The stitches were completely uneven—one was sewn too high, the other was pulled too tight, completely distorting my natural symmetry.
3. When I smile, one eye barely opens while the other remains big and round.
4. My head has been numb and painful since the surgery. Sometimes, even wearing a ponytail feels too tight.
5. They pushed me into getting a cheek lift even though I specifically said it wouldn’t suit my long face. They convinced me it would look good—and now, one cheek is noticeably higher than the other and even protruding outward. You can clearly see it in the images.
6. Recovery was a nightmare. For the first three months, I was so swollen I looked unrecognizable—like an alien. It took six months before I even looked somewhat normal, and after all that, I was left with permanent asymmetry.
No Aftercare, No Support—Just Gaslighting
• They denied any issues, making me feel like I was the problem for noticing my botched results.
• They refused to provide any real solution except telling me to “come back to Turkey.”
• The revision offer was insulting. First, they demanded I pay €11,000 AGAIN to fix their mistake. Then, after I pushed back, they finally agreed to a free revision—but only if I accepted that my eyes would never be symmetrical. Their exact words? “We will give you free revision, but your results will be the same.”
• I had to BEG for a response. At some point, they completely stopped replying. I messaged the nurses, DM’d them, even contacted the doctor’s wife on Instagram, begging her to take my case like her own daughter.
Favoritism & Fake Promises
• If you’re a celebrity or influencer, they roll out the red carpet for you.
• My influencer friends got flawless results, VIP treatment, and aftercare. Meanwhile, I was ignored and treated like an inconvenience.
Final Warning: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC
This experience ruined my face, drained me emotionally and financially, and left me with a botched result that other surgeons now have to fix. I have received so many messages from other women who went through the same thing.
This clinic only cares about money and social media. If something goes wrong, they will gaslight you, block you, and refuse to take responsibility.
Do your research. Ask for before and afters the real not the ones that are on instagram, and ask for ones that are similar to your eye shape. Do NOT fall for their fake Instagram. Find a doctor who actually cares about their patients results and mental health.

Botched Results & Zero Accountability – Avoid This Clinic
I had an endoscopic ponytail lift with Dr. Ufuk, and it has been one of my biggest regrets. Instead of a balanced, natural lift, I was left with severe asymmetry—one eye is overly snatched and tight, while the other is big and loose, making them look completely different. My cheeks healed unevenly, and my eyebrows are now asymmetrical. Top surgeons confirmed this was a surgical error, not natural asymmetry. At first, the clinic was sweet and accommodating, but the moment I voiced concerns, they dismissed me, gaslit me, and blamed it on my “natural asymmetry.” Instead of taking responsibility, they pressured me to remove my RealSelf review and refused to acknowledge their mistake. When I pushed for a revision, they initially told me I would have to pay for the entire surgery all over again. After months of back and forth, they finally agreed to a free revision—but only if I accepted that I would still have the same asymmetry because I was “born with it.”To make matters worse, Dr. Ufuk never once got on a call with me to address my concerns. Every top surgeon I consulted took the time to discuss my case—but my own doctor was impossible to reach. Instead, I was forced to travel to Turkey at my own expense just to have a conversation. This clinic only prioritizes influencers and celebrities—if you’re a regular patient, expect to be ignored. If something goes wrong, they will gaslight you, refuse to help, and make you pay all over again.I wish I had never chosen this clinic. Do your research and find a doctor who actually values their patients.
Unethical, Unprofessional, and a Botched Face – My Nightmare Experience
I had an endoscopic ponytail lift with Dr. Ufuk two years ago, and it has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. This experience was mentally, emotionally, and financially draining, and the way I was treated afterward was beyond unethical.
What’s even worse? They did an amazing job for my celebrity friends, treating them like royalty, while I was gaslit, dismissed, and left with a botched face. The level of favoritism and unprofessionalism at this clinic is shocking.
Before My Surgery: The Red Flag I Ignored
Before my procedure, I came across a negative RealSelf review from a past patient who had visible asymmetry after the same surgery. Concerned, I sent it to Ali, the doctor’s assistant, and asked him about it.
• He dismissed her concerns, saying she had “natural asymmetry” and was still healing.
• He reassured me that my results “wouldn’t be worse than what I already had.”
• He acted as if this was a one-off case and that I had nothing to worry about.
And guess what? I came out of surgery with two completely different eyes—one stitched so tight it hurt, and the other left big and loose. Even top surgeons around the world who reviewed my case immediately saw that this was a surgical error—not natural asymmetry.
My Results: A Botched, Asymmetrical Face
• They pushed me into getting a cheek lift along with the eye surgery, which I now deeply regret.
• One eye is painfully tight and pulled sideways, while the other is big, round, and loose.
• One eyebrow is higher and more arched than the other, making my face look uneven and unnatural.
• My cheeks are uneven—one is noticeably higher than the other.
• One entire side of my face is lifted higher, creating a clear imbalance.
• The asymmetry is so extreme and obvious that every other surgeon I consulted confirmed the procedure was botched.
How They Treated Me: Gaslighting, Dismissiveness & Zero Accountability
At first, the clinic was sweet and accommodating—until I left. The moment I voiced concerns, their entire attitude changed.
• They mocked my concerns, treating me as if I was paranoid and told me it was just “natural asymmetry.”
• I have always had symmetrical, large, beautiful eyes. I understand minor asymmetry is normal, but this was a completely different face.
• Despite clear proof from other surgeons, they refused to acknowledge their mistake.
• They kept gaslighting me, making me feel like I was overreacting for wanting a symmetric result after paying thousands for cosmetic surgery.
Threats & Harassment Over RealSelf Reviews
Even when I didn’t post anything on RealSelf, the clinic began threatening me about reviews.
• They linked other people’s comments and falsely accused me of writing them.
• They harassed me and kept threatening me, even though I had no idea what they were talking about.
• Instead of addressing actual patient concerns, they were obsessed with controlling their online image—like a PR firm, not a medical clinic.
Their Fake “Solution”: More Gaslighting & A Sham Revision Offer
After months of being ignored, they finally told me to fly to Turkey at my own expense to see the doctor in person.
• I had to pay for my own flights, hotel, and transportation just to be told that my face was “always like this.”
• They took photos, dismissed me again, and then threw Botox at the problem as if that would fix a botched surgery.
• After visiting real experts in endoscopic surgery, I confirmed that the mistake was 100% on their side.
The Final Insult: Pay €11,000 for Their Mistake
When I pushed for a revision, they initially told me I would need to pay €11,000 all over again to correct their failure.
• After more back-and-forth fighting, they finally agreed to do it for free—on one condition: I must accept that my asymmetry will remain because I was “born with it.”
• This was their way of avoiding responsibility. They knew they botched my face, yet they made me beg for a revision and jump through hoops just to get a fix that wouldn’t even solve the problem.
• Meanwhile, my own surgeon refused to speak to me. I had to message the nurses, DM them, even DM his wife on Instagram just to get a response.
The Doctor Thinks He’s a Celebrity – Impossible to Reach
If you are an influencer or celebrity, they will roll out the red carpet for you. If you’re a normal patient? Good luck.
• The doctor himself is nice but acts like an untouchable celebrity surgeon.
• Ali, the “manager,” is the real issue. He acts like a gatekeeper, blocking access to the doctor like he’s some kind of celebrity agent.
• I couldn’t even get a basic online consultation to discuss a revision. Instead, I was forced to book another flight just to have a conversation.
• Every top surgeon I consulted was willing to hop on a call with me—except my own. The ego at this clinic is beyond belief.
They Care More About Their Instagram Than Their Patients
• The moment I posted an honest RealSelf review, they pressured me to delete it.
• Their Instagram is a marketing scam—fake likes, fake comments, everything staged to look perfect.
• They care more about their online reputation than fixing botched results.
Final Verdict: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC
This experience was a nightmare—physically, emotionally, and financially. Now, I either have to live with this botched face or pay another surgeon to fix their mess.
If anything goes wrong, they will gaslight you and refuse to help.
They only care about their Instagram image, not real patient outcomes.
If you’re not a social media influencer, expect to be treated like you don’t matter.
They will charge you for their mistake, no matter how obvious it is.
I'm trying to find a doctor to help me fix this because i don't trust them. They don't even give me the time of day to speak to the doctor to find a solution, not once in the past 2 years did Ali get me on a call with the doctor. The least they could do is refund me for the damages done. When you are paying this price the aftercare and attention you should be getting should be way better than this. I wish I had never chosen this clinic. Do your research and find a doctor who actually cares about their patients.
