If you’re flirting with the idea of an upper blepharoplasty, let me save you some scroll time—Dr. Vieira is your to go to person! On November 26, 2025, I went from "slightly sleepy" to "wide awake and fabulous,"
From our very first meeting, Dr. Viera was all about honesty and transparency. No sales pitches or upselling here! She sold me the procedure that I needed not the procedure that I wanted. She was concerned with me being happy over me spending lots of money. She educated me on both procedures and allowed me to make the final decision and I went with the upper bleph and not the brow lift for now.
Dr. Vieira has the best bedside manner. A few hours before surgery, she checked in to see if I needed to reschedule because I was hosting Thanksgiving the next day. She wanted make sure I was going to focus on healing and not 30 people. I mean, what surgeon do you know that is willing to reschedule at the last moment if needed so you can cook for thanksgiving. Spoiler alert: my love for looking fabulous won, and I stuck with the plan.
After I changed into my surgical attire. Dr. Vieira gloved up and began marking my eyelids with the precision of a master artist, I felt this wave of trust wash over me. I’m usually not one for close encounters with objects near my eyes, but she made it feel safe. And when I was walked into the operating room, I was greeted with warmth—literally! A heating pad was waiting on the surgical table waiting to become my new best friend, and I even got to choose the music. It was like a spa day with a side of surgery!
And let’s talk about the procedure: I was so relaxed that I nearly snoozed off! Who knew getting two inches of skin removed without any meds other than lidocaine while awake could be this chill? If that’s not a testament to Dr. Viera and her team’s skills, I don’t know what is!
Post-op, With Just a few stitches and some ice, I was ready to hide away for a little holiday healing minus wine as promised. I was shocked to see— little swelling and no major bruising! When I returned to work, I looked like I’d just come back from a fabulous vacation instead of a surgery!
Now, eleven days post-op, I can confidently say my eyelids feel lighter, and my eyes look massive—like I just had a full night’s sleep! I’m already dreaming of my next procedure with Dr. Viera, who has proven to be not just a surgeon but a true artist.
So, if you’re on the fence about this whole upper bleph thing, listen to me: Dr. Viera is a magician with a scalpel. I regret not doing this sooner, and I can’t wait to see what she conjures up next! Thank you, Dr. Viera, for giving me the gift of “I woke up like this” fabulousness!
